中国石油网消息：9月6日，在大庆油田北一区北二排区块作业现场，采油一厂第二作业区对加密注水干线进行全面冲洗。浑浊的冲洗液直接流入一组庞大的冲洗装置，经过4个小时净化处理后，被输入污水站回收再利用。

China Oil News: On September 6th, at the operation site of the North 1st Area, North 2nd Row Block of Daqing Oilfield, the Second Operation Zone of the Oil Production No.1 Plant carried out a comprehensive flushing of the dense water injection main line. The turbid flushing liquid directly flowed into a large-scale flushing device. After 4 hours of purification treatment, it was input into the sewage station for recycling and reuse.

这是采油一厂技术团队自主攻关研发的模块化橇装冲洗装置。使用该装置后，冲洗液的含油、悬浮物两项指标比投用前下降了22.7%和23.5%，注入水质综合达标率上升了8.3%。

This is a modular skid-mounted flushing device independently developed by the technical team of Oil Production No.1 Plant. After using this device, the oil content and suspended matter in the flushing liquid decreased by 22.7% and 23.5% respectively compared to before its application. The comprehensive water quality compliance rate of the injected water increased by 8.3%.

过去，传统固定式冲洗装置不仅造价高、覆盖范围有限，还需依赖外部罐车转运冲洗液，作业流程烦琐，人力物力消耗较大。针对这一痛点，采油一厂从造价控制、占地规模、机动灵活性、复用价值等多维度筛选方案，自主设计建成一套高效、经济、环保的新型冲洗装置。

In the past, the traditional fixed-type flushing equipment was not only costly and had a limited coverage area, but also required the transportation of flushing fluid by external tanker trucks. The operation process was cumbersome and consumed a lot of manpower and resources. To address this issue, the First Oil Production Plant selected solutions from multiple dimensions such as cost control, land occupation scale, mobility flexibility, and reuse value. They independently designed and built a new type of efficient, economical, and environmentally friendly flushing device.

该装置由10个48立方米的标准化模块组成，集干线冲洗、洗井液排放、固液预分离、污油回收等功能于一体，具有按需扩容、快速拆分、便捷转运等特点，如同一座移动的清洁站，可实现“一套装置、全厂共享”。

This device is composed of 10 standardized modules each with a volume of 48 cubic meters. It integrates functions such as mainline flushing, well fluid discharge, pre-separation of solid and liquid, and oil recovery. It features on-demand expansion, rapid disassembly, and convenient transportation. It is like a mobile cleaning station, enabling "one set of equipment, shared by the entire plant".
