中国石油网消息：近日，伊拉克西古尔纳1油田在DS8脱气站开展初起火灾应急演练，模拟TrainC脱盐器区域突发火情。中外员工协同配合，高效完成险情处置、人员疏散等应急科目。东道国巴士拉石油公司（BOC）对联合作业方扎实的应急准备与实战处置能力给予肯定。

China Oil News: Recently, an initial fire emergency drill was conducted at the DS8 dehydration station of the West Qurna 1 Oilfield in Iraq. The drill simulated a sudden fire incident in the TrainC desalination area. Chinese and foreign employees worked collaboratively and efficiently completed the emergency procedures such as hazard disposal and personnel evacuation. The local Iraqi oil company, Basra Oil Company (BOC), commended the joint operation party for their solid emergency preparedness and practical handling capabilities.

公司通过正向激励，持续激发全员参与主动性。6月，DS7脱气站设备维护施工期间，当地安全员艾哈迈德发现施工队伍未测风速即准备吊装作业，当即叫停，并协调施工方完成风速测量，确认满足安全条件后方才恢复作业。这次及时“吹哨”，让艾哈迈德获评月度“安全之星”并受到表扬。

The company continuously encourages all employees to actively participate through positive incentives. In June, during the equipment maintenance construction of the DS7 degassing station, the local safety officer, Ahmed, noticed that the construction team was preparing for the lifting operation without measuring the wind speed first. He immediately stopped the operation and coordinated with the construction party to complete the wind speed measurement. Only after confirming that the conditions were safe did he resume the work. This timely "call for action" earned Ahmed the monthly "Safety Star" award and he was praised.

今年年初以来，由公司员工自主上报的隐患达1217项，动火、焊接等热工作业点位63处全覆盖，隐患排查覆盖面和实效性持续提升。

Since the beginning of this year, 1,217 potential hazards have been reported by the company's employees. All 63 hot work operation points such as welding have been covered. The coverage and effectiveness of hazard inspections have continued to improve.

西古尔纳公司持续强化实战化应急练兵，不断提升联合处置硬实力，让应急预案在一次次的演练中转化为全体员工的条件反射和肌肉记忆。

The Sicuñna Company has been continuously strengthening practical emergency training exercises, and continuously enhancing its joint response capabilities. Through these exercises, the emergency response plans have been transformed into the conditioned reflexes and muscle memory of all employees.

今年前7个月，西古尔纳公司分批组织综合应急演练与班组专项演练，模拟高温储罐泄漏、硫化氢溢出、火灾等场景，覆盖预警上报、人员疏散、消防处置、中暑急救及部门协同等全流程，累计完成14次安全生产应急演练。

In the first seven months of this year, the Siculuna Company organized comprehensive emergency drills and specialized drills for teams in batches, simulating scenarios such as high-temperature storage tank leakage, hydrogen sulfide overflow, and fire. These drills covered the entire process from early warning and reporting to personnel evacuation, fire handling, heatstroke first aid, and departmental coordination. A total of 14 safety production emergency drills were completed.
