After receiving a confirmed response, he then stood up to rest, and the fatigue accumulated over the recent days gradually dissipated.

半个月前，这口井生产出现异常，井口回压持续走高，生产运行断断续续。刘光超巡井时反复排查，判断症结系管壁结蜡堆积所致。“就如同人体血管堵塞一样，会导致油流流动不畅，必须立刻进行疏通处置。”他形象地说道。

Half a month ago, there was an abnormality in the production of this well. The back pressure at the wellhead kept rising, and the production operation was intermittent. When Liu Guangchao was inspecting the well, he repeatedly investigated and determined that the problem was caused by the accumulation of wax on the wellbore walls. "Just like a blocked blood vessel in the human body, it would cause the oil flow to be obstructed. Immediate (disposal) must be carried out," he said vividly.

作业区技术组组长袁书霞得知情况后，迅速组织技术骨干现场“会诊”，商定采取热洗清蜡的处置方案。在实施过程中，技术人员历经3小时作业，成功将井口回压降至标准值——0.1兆帕。

After learning about the situation, Yuan Shuxia, the team leader of the operation area's technical group, promptly organized the technical experts to conduct a "on-site consultation" and agreed to adopt the disposal plan of thermal cleaning and wax removal. 如果说桐21-38井是循序渐进的“调理养护”，那么安22-21X井的故障处置便是争分夺秒的“急症抢救”。作为区块的主力产油井，该井在3月突发停机，经现场排查，系井筒严重结蜡导致设备卡滞。按照常规小修方案，需停井至少4日。“产量等不起，成本耗不起。”作业区副经理陈素平当即决定自主攻坚。

If the 21-38 well of Tong is a gradual "treatment and maintenance", then the fault handling of the An 22-21X well is a "critical emergency rescue" that requires time to be spent in a hurry. As the main oil-producing well of the block, this well suddenly stopped operating in March. After on-site investigation, it was found that severe wax deposition in the wellbore had caused the equipment to get stuck. According to the conventional minor repair plan, the well would need to be shut down for at least 4 days. "Production cannot wait, and costs cannot be exceeded." In March, the inspection team discovered that the wellhead pressure of Well 21-13 in Tong area was rising, causing a disruption to production. Due to the limited access conditions, large-scale pressure relief equipment could not be brought in, making the handling extremely difficult.
