中国石油网消息：8月13日，全国首座无障碍加油站——中国石油福建销售仓山龙江加油站完成无障碍环境升级改造，在福州投入试运行。该站聚焦残障人士、老年群体出行加油、购物等现实需求，从硬件设施、智慧设备、助残服务等方面进行系统改造，探索“工会驿站+无障碍服务”新模式。

China Oil News: On August 13th, the country's first barrier-free gas station - China Petroleum's Cangshan Longjiang Gas Station in Fujian Province, completed the upgrade of its barrier-free environment and was put into trial operation in Fuzhou. This station focuses on the actual needs of disabled people and the elderly for traveling to refuel and shopping, and has carried out systematic renovations in terms of hardware facilities, intelligent equipment, and assistance services, exploring a new model of "union station + barrier-free service".

仓山龙江加油站位于福州市仓山区城门镇福峡路主干道，此次无障碍改造项目在福建省残联指导下完成选址和方案设计。改造围绕特殊群体进站、通行、购物、如厕等环节完善设施。

Changshan Longjiang Gas Station is located on the main road of Fukuqi Road in Chengmen Town, Cangshan District, Fuzhou City. This barrier-free renovation project was completed with the guidance of the Fujian Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation. The renovation focused on improving facilities for special groups during their visits, passage, shopping, and using the restroom.

改造后，无障碍通道连接加油区与便利店，配套设置无障碍专用停车位和引导标识；便利店入口设置轮椅坡道和自动感应门，店内增设低位服务台、手语交流设备，可实现语音、手语实时互译；独立无障碍卫生间内配备安全扶手、紧急呼叫按钮、低位洗手台等设施。

After the renovation, the barrier-free passage connects the fueling area with the convenience store, and is equipped with barrier-free dedicated parking spaces and guiding signs; at the entrance of the convenience store, there is a wheelchair ramp and an automatic sensor door, and additional low-level service desks and sign language communication equipment are added in the store, enabling real-time translation between voice and sign language; the independent barrier-free restroom is equipped with safety handrails, emergency call buttons, and low-level washbasins, etc.

站点还建立助残志愿服务机制，组织员工开展无障碍服务专项培训，并为残疾人司机提供专属加油优惠及便民服务。“整体设施符合无障碍建设相关标准，运行情况良好。”中国船级社质量认证有限公司项目审查组组长方剑丹介绍道。

The site has also established a volunteer service mechanism for assisting the disabled, organizing employees to conduct special training on barrier-free services, and providing exclusive fuel discounts and convenient services for disabled drivers. "The overall facilities comply with relevant standards for barrier-free construction and are operating well," said Fang Jiandan, the head of the project review team from the China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd.
