8月6日，由大庆钻探西部钻井分公司80012钻井队承钻的HD25-H18井已经进入完井作业。此前，该队曾以241.3毫米井眼二开首趟钻自1205米直推至5967米，实现单趟进尺4762米，刷新塔里木油田富满区块同井眼二开首趟钻进尺纪录。

On August 6th, the HD25-H18 well, which was drilled by the 80012 drilling team of the Western Drilling Division of Daqing Drilling Company, has entered the completion operation. Previously, this team completed the second drilling of the first trip with a 241.3-millimeter wellbore, advancing from 1,205 meters to 5,967 meters, achieving a single trip drilling length of 4,762 meters, and breaking the record for the first trip drilling length of the same wellbore in the Fu Min block of the Tarim Oilfield.

Technology leads the way

在HD25-H18井开钻前，新疆项目部联合钻井队骨干吃透邻井资料，围绕钻头选型、螺杆配套、工具组合、钻井液体系和钻进参数五大环节，定制专项方案。

Before drilling the HD25-H18 well, the Xinjiang project department and the key members of the drilling team thoroughly studied the data of the adjacent wells. They focused on five key aspects: drill bit selection, screw assembly, tool combination, drilling fluid system, and drilling parameters, and developed a special plan accordingly.

针对二叠系火成岩硬度高、可钻性差这块“硬骨头”，他们优选5刀翼PDC钻头配合小水眼提升水力冲击力，大扭矩螺杆加预弯曲组合保障大钻压连续作业；同时，首次应用双微扩眼工艺，降低短起下频次，有效提升纯钻时效。

Regarding the "difficult issue" of the high hardness and poor drillability of the Permian igneous rocks, they chose the 5-blade PDC drill bit in combination with small water eyes to enhance the hydraulic impact force, and used a large torque screw and pre-bent combination to ensure continuous operation under high drilling pressure; at the same time, they adopted the double micro-expansion eye technology for the first time, reducing the frequency of short trips up and down, effectively improving the pure drilling efficiency.

新疆项目部及80012钻井队遵循差异化施工原则，在二叠系火成岩复杂井段主动弱化钻进参数，平稳可控钻进；在其余常规井段，执行大排量、高转速、大钻压标准化钻进参数，实现提速施工与井下安全双向兼顾。二开首日，创出日进尺1806米的好成绩。

The Xinjiang project department and the 80012 drilling team adhered to the principle of differentiated construction. In the complex formations of the Permian igneous rocks, they actively weakened the drilling parameters to achieve stable and controllable drilling. In the remaining conventional well sections, they implemented standardized drilling parameters with high flow rate, high rotational speed and high drilling pressure, achieving a balance between speed improvement and well safety. On the first day of the second drilling stage, they achieved a remarkable result of 1806 meters of daily progress.

新疆项目部坚持“设备先行、全域护航、闭环维保”保障理念，专项安排专职设备管理人员驻井值守、全流程跟班管控。

The Xinjiang project department adheres to the "equipment first, comprehensive protection, closed-loop maintenance" guarantee concept, and specifically arranges full-time equipment management personnel to be on-site and on-duty in the wells, and implements full-process supervision and control.

施工期间，他们动态监测钻机、顶驱、泥浆泵、固控系统等核心设备运行工况，提前研判、快速处置设备潜在隐患及运行故障，标准化落实设备定点维保、预防性检修工作，保证关键设备始终处于最优运行工况，为钻井连续高效施工提供坚实基础。

During the construction period, they dynamically monitored the operating conditions of core equipment such as the drilling rig, top drive, mud pump, and solid control system. They proactively identified potential hazards and operational faults of the equipment, and quickly took measures to address them. They standardized the implementation of equipment fixed-point maintenance and preventive inspections to ensure that key equipment remained in optimal operating condition at all times, providing a solid foundation for the continuous and efficient drilling operations.

施工中，80012钻井队严格贯彻落实油田及项目部标准化施工管理体系，固化标准化交接班作业流程，严格执行“班前统筹部署、班中落地督办、班后闭环清零”全流程工作机制，做到当班作业闭环、当班隐患清零，杜绝问题积压、工期延误。

During the construction process, the 80012 drilling team strictly implemented the standardized construction management system of the oilfield and the project department, solidified the standardized shift handover operation procedures, strictly followed the "pre-shift overall planning, in-shift on-site supervision, post-shift closed-loop zeroing" full-process working mechanism, ensuring that the shift operations were closed-loop and the hidden dangers were zeroed out, and eliminating problem accumulation and project delays.

此次阶段性成果，是钻探铁军在超深井攻坚中的又一力证，更是钻探内部一体化与甲乙方协同联动的生动实践。

This phased achievement is yet another demonstration of the drilling team's prowess in tackling ultra-deep wells, and it is also a vivid illustration of the internal integration of drilling operations and the collaborative efforts between the contractor and the client.

该队围绕创优创效、加强形势任务教育，活化内部奖惩机制，组织关键岗位和班组细算账、算细账，落实工序、岗位挖潜创效措施，统筹抓好施工进度、井下安全、现场合规各项工作，保障全工序钻井作业安全、有序、高效推进。

The team focused on improving quality and efficiency, strengthening education on current situations and tasks, activating the internal reward and punishment mechanism, organizing detailed calculations for key positions and teams, implementing measures to enhance efficiency in processes and positions, coordinating and ensuring the progress of construction, underground safety, and on-site compliance, and guaranteeing the safe, orderly and efficient advancement of the entire process of drilling operations.

此次施工，大庆钻探与塔里木油田双方高效联动、信息互通、资源互补，为刷新施工纪录提供了坚实的管理与技术支撑。

In this construction project, Daqing Drilling and Tarim Oilfield worked closely together, shared information, and complemented resources. This enabled them to provide solid management and technical support for breaking the construction record.

塔里木油田开发事业部台盆区项目部全程赋能，一开施工收尾阶段带队现场验收，逐项排查现场作业短板，制定闭环整改方案，同步开展一开收尾、二开全工序工程技术、安全专项交底，分级细化风险防控举措。在二开提速钻进关键阶段，甲方井长实时研判井下工况、跟进施工进度，结合经验，为下一步钻进优化、风险防控提供专业指导。

The Taiping District Project Department of the Tarim Oilfield Development Division provided full support throughout the process. During the final stage of the first well construction, they led on-site acceptance, identified and rectified all on-site operation shortcomings item by item, formulated closed-loop rectification plans, and simultaneously conducted technical and safety special briefings for the completion of the first well and the entire process of the second well. They also implemented graded and detailed risk prevention measures. During the critical stage of accelerating drilling in the second well, the well supervisor of the client made real-time judgments on the underground conditions and followed up on the construction progress. Based on experience, they provided professional guidance for optimizing the next drilling process and risk prevention.
