作为国内第一大油气田，长庆油田超3万口气井满负荷生产，日均产气保持高位。长庆油田统筹调峰井提产、低效井挖潜，发挥陕224等储气库削峰填谷作用，各级调度24小时监测动态，加密高温防雷特巡，与管网及下游电厂点对点衔接，全力保障发电用气安全平稳，为迎峰度夏注入“底气”。2026年上半年，长庆油田完成油气产量当量年计划的51.54%。

As the largest oil and gas field in China, the Changqing Oilfield has over 30,000 wells operating at full capacity, maintaining a high daily gas production level. The Changqing Oilfield has coordinated the increase in production of peak-regulating wells and the optimization of low-efficiency wells, leveraging the peak-shaving and valley-filling functions of gas storage facilities such as Shaanxi 224. At all levels, 24-hour monitoring of the dynamic situation is conducted, with intensified special inspections under high-temperature conditions, and direct connections with gas pipelines and downstream power plants are established. All efforts are made to ensure the safe and stable supply of gas for power generation, injecting "confidence" into the peak-load period and summer season. In the first half of 2026, the Changqing Oilfield achieved 51.54% of its annual production target for oil and gas equivalent.

西南油气田全面加强气电项目天然气保供，发挥天然气产运储销一体化运营优势，紧盯迎峰度夏保供核心任务，加快新井产能投产进度，统筹优化场站、管道、处理装置检修计划，做好增产、稳输、调度等重点工作。西南油气田构建“人防+物防+技防”立体化安全管控体系，依托在线仿真调控系统，对天然气管网实施24小时精准动态调控，稳定供气压力、足额匹配用气需求。7月中旬，西南油气田单日向区域燃气电厂供气量较去年历史最高峰值高出37%，全力守住保供底线。

The Southwest Oil and Gas Field has comprehensively strengthened the gas supply guarantee for the gas-electricity project. By leveraging the integrated operation advantages of gas production, transportation, storage and sales, it has closely focused on the core task of ensuring supply during the peak summer period. It has accelerated the production capacity commissioning of new wells, coordinated and optimized the maintenance plans for stations, pipelines and processing units, and ensured the key tasks of increasing production, maintaining supply and dispatching. The Southwest Oil and Gas Field has established a three-dimensional safety control system combining "human defense, material defense and technical defense". Relying on the online simulation regulation system, it implements precise and dynamic regulation of the natural gas pipeline 24 hours a day, stabilizing the gas supply pressure and fully matching the gas demand. In mid-July, the daily gas supply volume to regional gas-fired power plants by the Southwest Oil and Gas Field exceeded the historical peak value of last year by 37%, and it has fully maintained the supply guarantee bottom line.

塔里木油田进一步优化光伏电站生产运营，将总装机规模260万千瓦集中式光伏电站年度任务细化至月度节点，加强气象联动动态优化运维策略，持续迭代光功率预测模型，推动绿电产量和效能稳步提升，光伏电站发电等效利用小时数高于本地区约70小时，全力保障迎峰度夏期间发电安全平稳。今年以来，塔里木油田累计生产绿电超14亿千瓦时，创历史同期最高。其中，6月发电量突破3亿千瓦时，刷新月度发电量最高纪录。

The Tarim Oilfield has further optimized the production and operation of its photovoltaic power stations. It has broken down the annual task of the 260-megawatt centralized photovoltaic power station into monthly milestones, strengthened the meteorological linkage for dynamic optimization of operation and maintenance strategies, continuously iterated the photovoltaic power output prediction model, and promoted the steady increase in green electricity output and efficiency. The equivalent utilization hours of the photovoltaic power station's power generation are higher than those in the region by approximately 70 hours, fully ensuring the safe and stable power generation during the peak summer load period. Since the beginning of this year, the Tarim Oilfield has cumulatively produced over 1.4 billion kilowatt-hours of green electricity, setting the highest record for the same period in history. Among them, the power generation in June exceeded 300 million kilowatt-hours, breaking the monthly power generation record.

四川销售开启LNG（液化天然气）终端采购市场化、数字化新模式，首笔500吨LNG资源完成线上竞拍交易，为气源供应商与终端加气站搭建常态化、可持续的对接渠道。针对夏季用电高峰，该公司聚焦高温高湿、内涝、地震等风险场景，对全省500座在营充电站开展隐患排查。今年以来，四川销售不断优化LNG加注站点布局，稳定供应LNG超过30万吨。

Sichuan Sales has initiated a new market-oriented and digitalized model for the terminal procurement of LNG (liquefied natural gas). The first transaction of 500 tons of LNG resources was successfully completed through online bidding. This has established a regular and sustainable connection channel between gas source suppliers and terminal gas filling stations. In response to the peak electricity consumption period in summer, the company focused on risk scenarios such as high temperature, high humidity, flooding, and earthquakes, and conducted hazard inspections on 500 charging stations across the province. Since the beginning of this year, Sichuan Sales has continuously optimized the layout of LNG refueling stations and has stabilized the supply of over 300,000 tons of LNG.
