塔里木油田坚持“生产出题、科研答题”，将能否解决生产难题作为检验创新成效的根本标尺，持续提升体系化攻关能力，赋能主业发展。油田聚焦勘探新“三大阵地战”，深化“成盆、成烃、成储、成藏”基础研究，加大三维地震攻关力度，着力解决超深层目标“看不清、看不准”的问题，尽快打开勘探新局面、寻找大场面；聚焦开发“三大工程”，深化油气藏基础研究，加快钻完井技术配套和成熟技术迭代，做好非常规油气技术储备；围绕新能源大基地建设，开展清洁替代、源网荷储一体化、高效光伏发电等技术攻关，加快绿色转型步伐。
