中国石油网消息:6月1日,从西部钻探公司了解到,这个公司井筒工作液处理剂合成创新团队取得科研突破,自主研发的JNP-Ⅱ抗复合盐聚合物降滤失剂完成室内配方定型,破解了高端钻井液处理剂长期外购难题,补齐企业150摄氏度水基钻井液自研体系关键短板,产品整体性能达到国内领先水平,实现该类核心技术自主可控。

China Petroleum Network News: On June 1st, the wellbore working fluid treatment agent synthesis innovation team of the Western Drilling Company announced a scientific research breakthrough. The domestically developed JNP-II anti-complex salt polymer fluid loss reducer has completed the indoor formulation stabilization, solving the long-standing problem of relying on external purchase for high-end drilling fluid treatment agents, filling the key gap in the enterprise's self-research system for 150-degree water-based drilling fluids, and achieving overall performance at the domestic leading level, realizing the independent control of such core technologies.

In response to the technical pain points and production bottlenecks in this industry, this innovative team focused on the common industry problem of difficultly balancing the viscosity regulation and anti-filtering performance of drilling fluids under high-temperature conditions. They conducted extensive formula screening, variable experiments and over a thousand iterations of trial and error, and successfully overcame key technical obstacles such as interference from composite salts, aging and failure at high temperatures, and abnormal increase in viscosity of the system. They optimized and improved the polymer formula and production process.
