今年以来，我国重大油气基础设施持续完善，“全国一张网”不断织密筑牢，我国油气供应保障能力稳步提升。

这几天，在重庆、湖北、浙江等地，“十五五”规划的能源重点项目——川气东送二线全线正加快建设。

In recent days, in Chongqing, Hubei, Zhejiang and other places, the energy key projects of the "15th Five-Year Plan" - the Second Pipeline Project of West-to-East Gas Transmission - are all undergoing accelerated construction.

不仅是联通东西、纵贯南北的大通道，今年以来，区域间的连接线也在加速织密，近40个管网项目分布在东北、长三角等地，在建里程超过9000公里。

Not only is it a major transportation corridor connecting the east and west and spanning the north and south, but in recent years, the inter-regional connection lines have also been rapidly expanding and densifying. Nearly 40 pipeline network projects are located in the northeastern region, the Yangtze River Delta and other areas, with the ongoing construction mileage exceeding 9,000 kilometers.

不断完善的能源网络，正带动着油气资源调配效率持续提升。过去五年，我国天然气跨省管输价格下降了5%，每年节约社会用能成本约149亿元。

The continuously improved energy network is driving the continuous improvement of the efficiency of oil and gas resource allocation. Over the past five years, the cross-provincial pipeline transportation price of natural gas in China has decreased by 5%, saving approximately 14.9 billion yuan in social energy costs each year.

今年，这张网还在向多元化升级。原本专属于油气的“高速路网”，可以开始输送氢、氨、醇等多种新介质。

This year, this network has continued to evolve towards greater diversity. The "highway network" originally dedicated to the oil and gas industry can now start to transport various new media such as hydrogen, ammonia, and alcohols.

数据显示，今年1—4月份，我国主干天然气管网累计输送天然气超800亿立方米。目前，我国已累计建成投运主干油气管道超11万公里，为能源转型提供有力的基础支撑。

Data shows that from January to April this year, the main natural gas pipeline network in China has cumulatively transported over 80 billion cubic meters of natural gas. Currently, China has cumulatively built and put into operation over 110,000 kilometers of main oil and gas pipelines, providing strong foundational support for energy transformation.
