中国石油网消息:5月21日,中国石油独山子石化塔里木120万吨/年二期乙烯及配套绿色低碳示范工程顺利中交,标志着项目主体工程全面完工,正式转入生产准备阶段。该项目位于新疆库尔勒上库石化产业园,由中国寰球工程有限公司北京分公司联合承包建设。

China Oil News: On May 21st, the second phase of the 1.2 million-ton-per-year ethylene project of Tarim at Shizuishan Petrochemical of China National Petroleum Corporation, along with its supporting green and low-carbon demonstration projects, was successfully handed over for completion. This marks the completion of the main project and the official entry into the production preparation stage. The project is located in the Shangku Petrochemical Industrial Park of Kulei, Xinjiang, and was jointly constructed by the Beijing Branch of China Global Engineering Company.


塔里木二期乙烯项目是落实国家“双碳”战略、推动石化行业绿色转型的重点工程。项目核心装备国产化率超98%,11套主要生产装置中,10套采用国内自主技术。其中,9套为中国石油自主技术,5项技术首次实现工业放大应用。

The Phase II ethylene project in Tarim is a key project that implements the national "dual carbon" strategy and promotes the green transformation of the petrochemical industry. The core equipment of the project has a domestic production rate of over 98%. Among the 11 main production units, 10 adopt domestic independent technologies. Among them, 9 are independent technologies of China National Petroleum Corporation, and 5 technologies have achieved industrial scale-up applications for the first time.


乙烯装置首次依托自有核心技术,创新性将裂解气压缩机、乙烯制冷压缩机、丙烯制冷压缩机三大核心机组,全部由传统汽轮机驱动改为电机驱动。下游装置3套45万吨/年挤压造粒机组实现国产化零的突破,填补了国内大型乙烯核心装备领域多项技术空白。

For the first time, the ethylene plant relied on its own core technology to innovatively change the traditional steam turbine-driven mode for the cracking gas compressor, ethylene refrigeration compressor, and propylene refrigeration compressor to a motor-driven mode. The downstream plant's 3 sets of 450,000-ton/year extrusion granulation units achieved a breakthrough in domestic production of large-scale ethylene core equipment, filling multiple technical gaps in the domestic large-scale ethylene core equipment field.


项目中交仅用22个月有效工期。项目建设过程中,中国寰球工程有限公司北京分公司统筹全周期施工、技术与质量管理,创新研发多种成套技术并形成标准设计;裂解炉封顶、大型设备吊装等多项工序接连刷新行业施工纪录,多套装置建设工期再创佳绩。

The project was completed within an effective construction period of only 22 months. During the construction process, the Beijing Branch of China Global Engineering Co., Ltd. coordinated the entire construction process, technical and quality management, innovatively developed a variety of complete sets of technologies and formed standard designs; the topping-out of the cracking furnace, the hoisting of large equipment, and other processes successively broke industry construction records, and the construction periods of multiple sets of facilities achieved remarkable results.


“乙烯装置通过一系列创新做法,确保项目质量全面受控,安全实现零伤害、零事故、零污染目标,累计安全工时突破1500万,工程进度较合同工期提前40天。”寰球北京公司塔里木二期乙烯项目乙烯装置经理王飞表示。

"Through a series of innovative measures, the ethylene plant has ensured that the project quality is fully under control, achieving zero injuries, zero accidents and zero pollution. The cumulative safe working hours have exceeded 15 million. The project progress has been 40 days ahead of the contract schedule," said Wang Fei, the manager of the ethylene unit of the Tari Mu Phase II Ethylene Project of Global Beijing Company.


项目构建了“绿电直连+碳捕集+蓝氢+蓝氨-绿色化肥”的全链条低碳技术体系。发挥集团公司上下游一体化优势,推进塔里木油田光伏与塔里木二期乙烯项目绿电直连,每年可减少二氧化碳排放51万吨以上,全厂终端电气化率从15.5%跃升至近30%。

The project has established a complete low-carbon technology system covering "green electricity direct connection + carbon capture + blue hydrogen + blue ammonia - green fertilizers". By leveraging the integrated advantages of the group company's upstream and downstream operations, it has promoted the direct connection of green electricity between the photovoltaic project of Tarim Oilfield and the second-phase ethylene project of Tarim. This initiative can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by over 510,000 tons annually, and the terminal electrification rate of the entire plant has increased from 15.5% to nearly 30%.


项目应用国内首套低浓度二氧化碳捕集与化工利用技术,通过“蓝氢转蓝氨+二氧化碳转尿素”的低碳生产模式,构建“碳捕集+化工利用+油田驱油”一体化解决方案,实现碳资源的梯级利用。全链条低碳技术的运用,可使乙烯装置碳排放强度降低42%,全厂每年减少碳排放137万吨。

The project adopts the country's first low-concentration carbon dioxide capture and chemical utilization technology. Through the low-carbon production model of "blue hydrogen to blue ammonia + carbon dioxide to urea", it constructs an integrated solution of "carbon capture + chemical utilization + oilfield oil displacement", achieving the cascade utilization of carbon resources. The application of the entire chain of low-carbon technologies can reduce the carbon emission intensity of the ethylene plant by 42%, and the entire plant will reduce carbon emissions by 1.37 million tons per year.


目前,项目团队正全面推进相关工作,确保装置按期安全平稳投产,全力打造世界一流的石化示范园区。

At present, the project team is fully advancing the relevant work to ensure that the equipment is put into production safely and smoothly on schedule, and to strive to build a world-class petrochemical demonstration park.
