中国石油网消息:5月20日记者获悉,新疆油田呼探1-003井于日前顺利完钻。该井完钻井深为7562米、周期为149.9天,创下油田超深井钻井周期新纪录,圆满实现“150天完钻”目标,标志着天山北麓超深井“150工程”首战告捷,为国内超深层天然气高效勘探开发积累了可复制、可推广的技术与管理经验。

China Oil News: On May 20th, reporters learned that the Huotan 1-003 well in Xinjiang Oilfield was successfully completed recently. The well has a total depth of 7,562 meters and a drilling cycle of 149.9 days. This has set a new record for the drilling cycle of ultra-deep wells in the oilfield and successfully achieved the goal of "150-day completion". It marks the victory of the first battle of the "150 Project" in the northern foothills of the Tianshan Mountains, and has accumulated replicable and promotable technical and management experience for the efficient exploration and development of ultra-deep natural gas in China.


呼探1-003井位于准噶尔盆地南缘冲断带呼图壁背斜,是新疆油田超深层天然气勘探开发的核心区域。该区域地质构造复杂,具备超深、高温、高压的地层特点,存在钻进阻卡、频繁划眼、深部地层可钻性差等突出难题。近年来,新疆油田通过持续深化地质认识、加大科研攻关力度,先后解决多项技术难题,钻井指标不断创新高。

Well Huatun 1-003 is located in the thrust belt fault of the southern margin of the Junggar Basin, within the Huotibei anticline. It is the core area for ultra-deep natural gas exploration and development in Xinjiang Oilfield. The geological structure in this area is complex, featuring ultra-deep, high-temperature and high-pressure formations. It also presents prominent problems such as drilling obstruction, frequent reaming, and poor drillability of deep formations. In recent years, Xinjiang Oilfield has continuously deepened its geological understanding and intensified research efforts. It has successfully solved multiple technical challenges and continuously improved drilling indicators.


2025年底,集团公司明确天山气田“150天完钻”攻坚目标后,新疆油田统筹部署,成立四大工作专班,搭建全方位地质工程一体化攻坚网络,从技术革新、精细管理双向发力,全力保障天山北麓超深井“150工程”落地实施。

By the end of 2025, after the group company set the "150-day completion of drilling" goal for the Tianshan gas field, Xinjiang Oilfield made overall plans and established four working teams. They also set up an all-round geological and engineering integrated breakthrough network. They focused on both technological innovation and meticulous management to ensure the successful implementation of the "150 Project" for ultra-deep wells in the northern part of the Tianshan Mountains.


在技术创新层面,新疆油田迭代升级施工方案,优化井身结构,采用复合井眼设计降低井下施工风险;改良有机盐钻井液体系,持续强化抑制性与封堵能力;出台10项优化举措,为钻井提速提供全流程专业技术保障。

In terms of technological innovation, Xinjiang Oilfield has iteratively upgraded its construction plans, optimized the wellbore structure, and adopted a composite wellbore design to reduce the risks of downhole operations; improved the organic salt drilling fluid system, continuously strengthening its inhibition and sealing capabilities; and introduced 10 optimization measures to provide full-process professional technical support for accelerating drilling.


在管理统筹方面,新疆油田推行甲乙方一体化联合管控体系,整合多方资源组建天山气田前线指挥部,并依托远程决策中心建立每日会商机制。技术专家实时研判井下工况、动态调整施工方案,构建快速响应、闭环管控的标准化施工体系,层层压实各级责任。

In terms of management coordination, Xinjiang Oilfield has implemented an integrated joint control system between the government and the contractor. It has consolidated various resources to establish the front-line command center for the Tianshan Gas Field and has relied on the remote decision-making center to establish a daily consultation mechanism. Technical experts conduct real-time analysis of the underground conditions and dynamically adjust the construction plans, building a standardized construction system with rapid response and closed-loop control, and clearly defining the responsibilities at all levels.


呼探1-003井的顺利完钻,进一步完善了准噶尔盆地南缘超深井工程技术体系,实现提质、提速、降本、增效多重突破。下一步,新疆油田将以该井为标杆,不断深化超深井技术创新,优化一体化协同管理模式,全力攻坚超深层天然气勘探开发难题。

The successful completion of the Huotan 1-003 well has further improved the engineering technology system for ultra-deep wells in the southern margin of the Junggar Basin, achieving multiple breakthroughs in terms of quality improvement, speed increase, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement. In the future, Xinjiang Oilfield will take this well as a benchmark, continuously deepen technological innovation in ultra-deep wells, optimize the integrated collaborative management model, and fully tackle the challenges in the exploration and development of ultra-deep natural gas.
