中国石油网消息：5月7日获悉，甘肃销售西固油库首次利用气动装卸一体栈桥，顺利完成宁夏石化生产的4800吨92号车用汽油接卸作业。此举标志着西部成品油调度运输在甘肃兰州区域建立了新的物流锚点。

China Petroleum News: On May 7th, a reporter learned that the Xigu Oil Depot of Gansu Sales Company successfully completed the unloading operation of 4,800 tons of 92-octane vehicle gasoline produced by Ningxia Petrochemical through the use of an automated pneumatic loading and unloading bridge for the first time. This move marks the establishment of a new logistics anchor point for the distribution and transportation of refined oil products in the Gansu-Lanzhou region.

兰州地处乌兰、兰成渝、兰郑长3条成品油长输管道的物理交汇点，是我国“北油南调”“西油东输”格局中的几何中心。

Lanzhou is located at the physical intersection point of three major oil pipeline lines: the Ulan pipeline, the Lanzhou-Lichuan-Changsha pipeline, and the Lanzhou-Leshan-Changsha pipeline. It is the geometric center of China's "oil transportation from the north to the south" and "oil transportation from the west to the east" strategies.

该区域已形成较为完备的成品油储运设施，此次新通道的打通，对提升国内成品油产业链、供应链的稳链、增链、强链能力具有重要意义。

This area has already established a relatively complete system of oil product storage and transportation facilities. The opening of this new channel is of great significance for enhancing the stability, expansion and strengthening capabilities of the domestic oil product production and supply chain.

面对国内成品油市场由“增量向存量”转变的总体趋势，甘肃销售提前研判，结合西南地区成品油需求持续释放的区域差异，于2025年启动“北油南调”“西油东输”配送路径论证工作，并同步完成西固油库气动装卸一体栈桥项目建设。

In response to the overall trend of the domestic refined oil market shifting from "increasing supply" to "reducing demand", Gansu Sales has made early assessments. Considering the regional differences in the continuous release of refined oil demand in the southwest region, it initiated the feasibility study on the "northward oil transfer" and "westward oil transportation" distribution routes in 2025, and simultaneously completed the construction of the pneumatic loading and unloading integrated bridge at the Xigu Oil Depot.

今年以来，受国际国内成品油产运销形势变化影响，西固油库作为“北油南调”“西油东输”关键支点的作用进一步凸显。

Since the beginning of this year, due to changes in the production, transportation and sales situation of refined oil products both domestically and internationally, the role of Xigu Oil Depot as a key link in the "North-to-South Oil Transfer" and "West-to-East Oil Transportation" has become more prominent.

下一步，甘肃销售将持续加大宁夏石化、呼和浩特石化富余资源的调入力度，依托“铁路+管道”多式联运模式，有效疏解两家炼化企业后路。

Next, the sales department of Gansu Province will continue to increase the import of surplus resources from Ningxia Petrochemical and Hohhot Petrochemical. By relying on the multimodal transportation model of "railway + pipeline", they will effectively alleviate the transportation pressure on these two petrochemical enterprises.

同时，充分发挥长输管道沿线关联油库多、可实现不同品类油品点对点置换投放的优势，进一步优化西部地区成品油物流调配格局，增强供应链整体韧性。

At the same time, we should fully leverage the advantage that there are numerous associated oil depots along the long-distance pipeline, enabling point-to-point replacement and distribution of different types of oil products. This will further optimize the logistics allocation pattern of refined oil products in the western region and enhance the overall resilience of the supply chain.
