4月18日，中国国际新闻交流中心非洲中心记者团走进中国石油勘探开发研究院科技会议中心参观访问，来自安哥拉、莫桑比克、乍得、赞比亚等国家的 27名记者，深入了解中国石油在非洲地区的投资、油气业务发展历程、现有重点项目等情况，并就感兴趣的问题进行充分交流。

中国石油集团国际部相关负责人在欢迎辞中表示，中国是世界上最大的发展中国家，非洲是发展中国家最集中的大陆，中非从来都是命运共同体。30多年来，中国石油在非洲22个国家和地区开展油气相关业务，与非洲国家政府和合作伙伴精诚合作，互利共赢。自2018年中非双方就携手打造命运共同体达成战略共识以来，中非合作进入构建高水平和高质量发展的新时代。一系列油气合作项目获得了良好的经济效益，造福了当地的社会建设发展，成为了中国石油“一带一路”倡议走深走实的“典范工程”，受到中国及多位非洲国家领导人的高度赞誉。中国石油愿同非洲各国伙伴一道，继续同舟共济、互利共赢，携手应对挑战，进一步加强和扩大能源领域各项务实合作，共同维护能源安全和供应链安全，推动绿色低碳可持续发展。

The relevant person in charge of the international Department of CNPC said in his welcome speech that China is the largest developing country in the world, and Africa is the continent with the largest concentration of developing countries, and China and Africa have always been a community of common destiny. For more than 30 years, CNPC has conducted oil and gas related business in 22 African countries and regions, and cooperated with African governments and partners for mutual benefit. Since China and Africa reached strategic consensus on jointly building a community of shared future in 2018, China-Africa cooperation has entered a new era of high-level and high-quality development. A series of oil and gas cooperation projects have achieved good economic benefits, benefited local social construction and development, and become a "model project" of the "Belt and Road" initiative of petrochina, which has been highly praised by leaders of China and many African countries. CNPC is willing to work with African partners to continue to work together for mutual benefit and win-win results, join hands to meet challenges, further strengthen and expand practical cooperation in the energy field, jointly safeguard energy security and supply chain security, and promote green, low-carbon and sustainable development.
