中国石油网消息:6月23日,从渤海装备钻井装备公司获悉,该公司塔河电泵一体化服务基地高效完成塔河油田井“钻转抽电泵完井”施工任务,实现机组下入、完井、开机一次成功,破解了同类井施工反复返工难题,标志着基地在提升精细化专业化施工能力方面迈上新台阶。

China Oil News: On June 23rd, it was learned from Bohai Equipment Drilling Equipment Company that their Tahe Electric Pump Integrated Service Base successfully completed the "drilling, tripping and pumping completion" construction task for the Tahe Oilfield wells. The operation achieved a one-time success in lowering the equipment, completing the well, and starting the machine, solving the problem of repeated rework in similar well constructions. This marks that the base has reached a new level in enhancing its refined and specialized construction capabilities.


“钻转抽电泵完井”一体化作业是在钻井完成后,不进行传统测试或自喷开采,直接转入电泵完井工序,利用钻机将电泵机组下入井内,实现快速投产。近年来,塔河油田部分新井面临地层能量不足、产能释放困难的问题,该作业模式需求持续上升。

The "drill, rotate, pump and complete well" integrated operation refers to the process where, after the completion of drilling, no traditional testing or natural flow production is conducted, and instead, the electric pump completion process is directly initiated. The electric pump unit is lowered into the well using the drilling rig to achieve rapid production. In recent years, some new wells in the Tahe Oilfield have encountered problems such as insufficient formation energy and difficulties in capacity release. The demand for this operation mode has been continuously increasing.


然而,钻机体积大、大钩操作精度受限,易出现顶轴、电缆刮伤、机组对位偏移等问题,属于高难度精细化施工。此前同类井施工中已累计返工3次,严重制约投产周期并推高成本,本次施工面临严峻挑战。

However, the drilling rig is large in size and the operation accuracy of the large hook is limited. Problems such as top shaft damage, cable abrasion, and misalignment of the unit positioning may occur, making it a highly challenging and meticulous construction task. In previous similar well constructions, there have been a total of 3 reworkings, which seriously restricted the production cycle and increased costs. This construction faces severe challenges.


为规避返工风险,基地从“四个维度”精准施策。在源头管控物资方面,确保物资配准适配;在前置研判风险方面,复盘返工案例,制定专项方案与应急预案;在精锐配置人员方面,遴选技术骨干组建专项团队;在严控过程执行方面,实时监控机组入井全过程,以确保开机一次成功。目前,机组已平稳运行22天。

To avoid the risk of rework, the base has implemented precise measures from "four dimensions". In terms of source control of materials, it ensures that the materials are properly matched and compatible. In terms of pre-analysis of risks, it reviews the cases of rework, formulates special plans and emergency response plans. In terms of elite allocation of personnel, it selects technical experts to form a special team. In terms of strict control of process execution, it monitors the entire process of the drilling rig entering the well in real time to ensure a successful start-up at the first attempt. Currently, the drilling rig has been operating smoothly for 22 days.
