中国石油网消息：6月22日获悉，吉林油田利用自主设计研发的套管液压“整形”工具，已在乾安区块液压整形示范井顺利完成现场施工，套管修复效果达标，作业成本降低68%。

China Oil News: On June 22nd, it was learned that Jilin Oilfield has successfully completed on-site construction of a hydraulic "reconditioning" tool for casing using its independently designed and developed technology in the hydraulic reconditioning demonstration well in the Gan'an area. The casing reconditioning effect has met the standards, and the operation cost has been reduced by 68%.

随着开发进入中后期，吉林油田套管变形问题日益突出。传统套变治理方式存在施工难度大、作业周期长、易损伤套管、修复后易再次缩径等短板，治理效率偏低。为破解这一行业难题，吉林油田油气工艺研究院立足现场实际，自主研发了套管液压“整形”技术，从井筒内部对变形套管进行平稳挤压复位。

As the development progresses to the middle and later stages, the problem of casing deformation in Jilin Oilfield has become increasingly prominent. The traditional methods for dealing with casing deformation have shortcomings such as high construction difficulty, long operation cycle, potential damage to the casing, and easy re-constriction after repair, resulting in low treatment efficiency. To solve this industry challenge, the Oil and Gas Technology Research Institute of Jilin Oilfield, based on on-site realities, independently developed the hydraulic "reshaping" technology for casings, which performs a smooth compression and reset on the deformed casings from the inside of the wellbore.

目前，该技术已在英台、新立等多个区块应用，直井套管“整形”后均可达到生产标准，单井施工周期较常规大修缩短15至20天。

Currently, this technology has been applied in several blocks including Ying Tai and Xilì. After the straight well casing is "re-shaped", it can all meet the production standards. The construction period for each well is shortened by 15 to 20 days compared to the conventional major repair.
