中国石油网消息：8月17日，大庆石化公司5万吨/年1-己烯/1-辛烯联产装置投用20天以来，各项运行指标保持平稳。这是大庆石化落实集团公司年中工作会议部署，以科技创新为驱动，加快形成“炼化生精材”总体布局的生动缩影。
