On August 13th, in the EISC hall of Bohai Drilling's Fourth Drilling Company, engineer Zhang Haitao was staring at the fluctuating data curve, and an alert popped up instantly.

几乎同时，千里之外的70009钻井队技术员郭思彤秒回：“收到！定向段井壁可能不规则，平台经理已驻守司钻房，全程按指令操作。”

The drill bit travels thousands of meters underground, invisible and intangible. There are problems such as well leakage, stuck drill, and sudden changes in load. "Many emergencies do not suddenly erupt; instead, they first give off some warning signs in the parameters," said Zhang Yu, the director of the Engineering Technology Department. "What we need to do is act as the most sensitive stethoscope."

在巴彦、冀中、山西煤层气这些“硬骨头”战场，深井、探井、复杂结构井扎堆，EISC系统专门建立重点井特护机制。高风险井加密巡诊，一旦扭矩波动，或者泵压忽高忽低，系统就会秒级推送预警，并附带“用药建议”。同时，后台专家也将同步线上支招，实现前场后场“零时差”联动。

In the "difficult areas" such as Baian, Jizhong and Shanxi coalbed methane fields, where deep wells, exploration wells and wells with complex structures are concentrated, the EISC system has specially established a special protection mechanism for key wells. High-risk wells undergo frequent inspections. This "digital doctor" operates 24/7. As of now, it can monitor 132 wells simultaneously, and it focuses on monitoring more than 20 wells on average each day. It has detected abnormal conditions 234 times in total and issued 254 alerts - the ratio of alerts to inspections is almost 1:1. Every reminder is like a precise bomb defusal.

数据最诚实。今年前7个月，公司事故复杂时效同比再降0.13个百分点。数字不大，但每一丝下降，背后都是几千米井下的险情被掐灭于萌芽状态。

Data is the most reliable. In the first seven months of this year, the complexity and timeliness of company accidents decreased by another 0.13 percentage points compared to the previous year.
