中国石油网消息:7月15日,渤海钻探井下技术服务分公司自主研发的“防喷器液压管线试压装置”正式上线运行,填补了中国石油系统在该领域的技术空白。当日,16根达到使用年限的防喷器液压管线经该装置试压检测,试压压力达到35兆帕,试压结果完全符合检验标准,顺利获准延长2年使用。

China Oil News: On July 15th, the "Hydraulic Pipeline Pressure Test Device for Blowout Preventers" independently developed by the Downhole Technical Services Branch of Bohai Drilling was officially put into operation, filling the technical gap in this field within the China Petroleum system. On the same day, 16 hydraulic pipelines of blowout preventers that had reached their service life underwent pressure testing with this device. The test pressure reached 35 megapascals, and the test results fully met the inspection standards, and they were successfully approved to be extended for use for another two years.


防喷器液压管线是井控设备控制系统的关键部件,单根采购成本达1000余元,一般使用年限为4年。按相关规范,此类管线经检测合格后可延期服役,但因无检测手段,到期管线只能作报废处理,造成了极大的资源浪费。

The hydraulic pipelines of the blowout preventer are a key component of the well control equipment control system. The cost of a single pipeline is over 1,000 yuan, and its general service life is 4 years. According to relevant regulations, such pipelines can be extended for service after passing the inspection. However, due to the lack of inspection methods, when the pipelines reach their expiration date, they can only be disposed of as scrap, resulting in significant waste of resources.


为破解这一难题,这个公司井控技术专家牵头组建专项研发小组,通过现场调研与性能攻坚,成功研制出集微量定量泵、伺服电机控速控转、实时数据采集、历史数据溯源查询及试压曲线自动生成打印等功能于一体的试压装置。

To solve this problem, the well control technology experts of this company led a special research and development team. Through on-site investigations and performance breakthroughs, they successfully developed a pressure testing device that integrates functions such as a micro quantitative pump, servo motor speed and rotation control, real-time data collection, historical data traceability query, and automatic generation and printing of test pressure curves.


该装置额定试压能力达50兆帕,可满足钻井、修井、试油、带压等作业对多种规格液压管线的高压试压检验需求。

This device has a rated pressure test capacity of 50 megapascals and can meet the high-pressure pressure testing requirements for various specifications of hydraulic pipelines in drilling, well repair, oil testing, and pressure-bearing operations.


截至7月21日,该装置已检测液压管线59根,在3口施工井成功应用,累计节约成本8万余元。防喷器液压管线试压装置的成功应用,以小技术革新破解了现场实际难题,为生产一线提质增效注入了动力。

As of July 21st, this device has inspected 59 hydraulic pipelines and has been successfully applied in 3 construction wells. It has saved approximately 80,000 yuan in total. The successful application of the hydraulic pipeline pressure test device for blowout preventers has solved practical problems on-site through a small technological innovation, injecting impetus into the improvement and efficiency enhancement of the production front.
