中国石油网消息：5月25日，中国石油首套覆盖物资全生命周期的数字化管理平台——物资全过程管理系统，在兰州石化平稳运行20天，有效打通供应链各环节信息壁垒，全面提升物资管理现代化、数字化、精细化水平。

China Oil News: On May 25th, China Petroleum's first digital management platform covering the entire life cycle of materials - the Material Full-Process Management System, was successfully running stably at Lanzhou Petrochemical for 20 days. It effectively broke through the information barriers among all links of the supply chain and significantly enhanced the modernization, digitization and refinement level of material management.

这标志着企业物资管理迈入全流程闭环、全场景覆盖、全要素可溯的新阶段。

作为中国石油数智化转型的重要举措，物资全过程管理系统依托源头赋码、一物一码、AI智能质检等前沿技术，实现了多业务、多终端的深度集成，顺利打通门禁物资入出门证办理、BPM流程中台审批、出库过账、送货转储等核心业务环节。

As an important measure for the digital transformation of China National Petroleum Corporation, the entire process management system for materials relies on cutting-edge technologies such as source coding, one-item-one-code, and AI intelligent quality inspection. It has achieved deep integration across multiple businesses and multiple terminals, successfully connecting core business links such as the processing of access and material entry/exit certificates, BPM process middle platform approval, outbound accounting, and delivery transfer and storage.

通过PC端、APP端、手持端协同联动，实现物资监造进度、送货轨迹、库存动态、质量检验结果、现场安装位置等信息一键查询和实时跟踪。

Through the coordinated operation of the PC end, APP end and handheld devices, it enables users to conduct one-click queries and real-time tracking of information such as the manufacturing progress of materials, delivery trajectories, inventory dynamics, quality inspection results, and on-site installation locations.

物资全过程管理系统历时1年多建成。该系统自上线后，精准破解了传统物资管理中流程割裂、追溯困难、效率偏低等痛点难点问题，彻底改变了供应商进厂“多头跑”、库管人员“手工记”、管理数据“碎片化”的传统模式，大幅缩减了人工操作成本，工作效率提升近60%。
