中国石油网消息:5月6日,在吉林油田油气工艺研究院获悉,吉林油田乾安油田情西92-26井已顺利完成不动管柱暂堵分层酸化现场试验并取得圆满成功。

China Oil News: On May 6th, a reporter from the Oil and Gas Technology Research Institute of Jilin Oilfield learned that the Jingxi 92-26 well in the Gan'an Oilfield of Jilin Oilfield has successfully completed the on-site test of non-moving pipe column temporary plugging and stratified acidizing and achieved complete success.


现场数据显示,该试验井暂堵后,施工压力同比升高了11兆帕,酸化改造后单日液量提升了4.1吨,增幅达78%。

The on-site data shows that after the temporary plugging of the test well, the construction pressure increased by 11 megapascals compared to the previous period. After the acidification treatment, the daily liquid volume increased by 4.1 tons, representing an increase of 78%.


吉林油田工艺研究院研发团队立足储层地质特征与油藏开发规律,自主研制适配不动管柱工艺的耐压耐酸酸化暂堵球,同步优化配套施工流程,创新形成了“预处理解堵+暂堵球暂堵转向+深部缓速酸化+高效返排”一体化施工技术体系。

The R&D team of the Process Research Institute of Jilin Oilfield, based on the geological characteristics of the reservoir and the development laws of the oil reservoir, independently developed pressure-resistant and acid-resistant acidizing temporary plugging balls that are compatible with the fixed pipe column technology. At the same time, they optimized the supporting construction process and innovatively formed an integrated construction technology system of "pre-treatment for disconnection + temporary plugging ball temporary plugging and redirection + deep slow acidizing + efficient flowback".


该工艺通过精准封堵漏失层射孔孔眼,强制酸液靶向进入目的层,既可有效打通地层深部渗流孔道、清除近井地带堵塞,又能杜绝酸液无效流失,提升酸化改造精准度与实效。

This process achieves precise sealing of perforation holes in lost circulation zones, forcing acid to target the intended formation. It effectively clears deep formation flow channels and near-wellbore blockages while preventing acid from leaking uselessly, thereby enhancing the accuracy and effectiveness of acid stimulation.


这项技术“首秀”成功,标志着乾安油田常规笼统酸化改造效果差难题得以有效破解,并为国内同类低渗透老油田储量挖潜、采收率提升提供了可复制可推广的技术范式。

The successful "debut" of this technology marks the effective solution to the problem of poor conventional general acidizing treatment effects in the Gan'an Oilfield, and provides a replicable and scalable technical model for enhancing the reserves and recovery rate of similar low-permeability old oilfields in China.


下一步,吉林油田将进一步优化暂堵球配方与施工工艺参数,加快新技术在乾安油田及周边同类区块的规模化推广应用,以科研创新赋能老油田效益稳产。

Next, Jilin Oilfield will further optimize the formulation of temporary plugging balls and the construction process parameters, and accelerate the large-scale application of new technologies in the Dangan Oilfield and similar blocks in the surrounding areas, using scientific research and innovation to ensure the stable production of old oilfields.
