中国石油网消息:5月27日,吉林油田方北区块方北2-2井作业井施工传来捷报:吉林油田油气工艺研究院依靠自主研发的震击解卡工具,顺利完成了700米深卡点复杂管柱卡阻一次性解卡作业,标志着吉林油田复杂井况自主治理能力全面提升。

China Oil News: On May 27th, good news came from the operation of the Fangbei 2-2 well in the Fangbei block of Jilin Oilfield: The Oil and Gas Technology Research Institute of Jilin Oilfield, relying on its independently developed shock-jetting unblocking tool, successfully completed the one-time unblocking operation of a 700-meter deep complex pipe column stuck point, marking a significant improvement in Jilin Oilfield's ability to independently manage complex well conditions.


该井前期因封隔器意外掉落造成井下管柱卡死,井筒内结垢严重、落物堆积形成硬性卡阻,加之卡点深埋,震击能量沿井筒传递损耗大,常规作业手段难以奏效,成为制约油井复产的难题。

In the early stage of this well, due to the accidental drop of the packer, the downhole pipe string got stuck. The wellbore was severely caked with deposits and debris accumulated to form a hard blockage. Moreover, the stuck point was deeply buried, and the energy of the shock strike was greatly lost during transmission along the wellbore. Conventional operation methods were ineffective, making it a major obstacle hindering the resumption of production of this oil well.


吉林油田油气工艺研究院技术团队刻苦攻关,针对性设计解决方案,采用自主优化升级的远距离震击解卡工具破解“疑难杂症”。该工具主要是针对深井长距离震击工况进行了专项改良,动力输出稳定、能量传递效率高,可有效应对深部复杂卡阻工况。

The technical team of the Oil and Gas Technology Research Institute of Jilin Oilfield has been working hard and developed targeted solutions. They adopted an independently optimized and upgraded remote vibration-jetting unblocking tool to solve the "difficult and complex" problems. This tool has been specially improved for deep well long-distance vibration-jetting conditions, featuring stable power output and high energy transfer efficiency. It can effectively handle complex blockage situations in deep layers.


施工前,技术人员全面研判井况特征,细化完善施工方案;现场作业时,团队协同,精准下放工具至卡点位置,仅通过一次震击便成功松动了卡死管柱,顺利完整起出了全部井下落物,高效完成了解卡任务,快速恢复了该井正常生产。

Before the construction, the technicians comprehensively analyzed the characteristics of the well and refined the construction plan. During the on-site operation, the team worked collaboratively, precisely lowered the tools to the stuck point, and successfully loosened the stuck pipe string with just one shock strike. They successfully lifted all the downhole debris completely and efficiently completed the unblocking task. The well was quickly restored to normal production.
