中国石油网消息：4月14日，大庆钻探钻井一公司海拉尔30509钻井队施工的贝64-60井完井，标志着该公司在海拉尔探区的第三轮钻井施工顺利结束，进入第四轮钻井作业阶段。截至目前，海拉尔项目部共进尺20余万米。

China Oil News: On April 14th, the Be 64-60 well, drilled by the Hailar 30509 drilling team of Daqing Drilling Company No.1, was completed. This marks the successful conclusion of the third round of drilling operations in the Hailar exploration area by the company and the beginning of the fourth round of drilling. As of now, the Hailar Project Department has advanced more than 200,000 meters of drilling.

面对2026年钻井生产任务，钻井一分公司提前谋划、超前部署，在2025年冬休停封前完成2026年首轮施工井位落实、生产保障筹备、钻机搬迁就位等各项工作。

Facing the drilling production tasks in 2026, the Drilling Division One Company made thorough planning and took proactive measures. By the end of the winter shutdown and sealing in 2025, they had completed the allocation of the first round of construction well sites, prepared for production support, and relocated and positioned the drilling rigs.

项目一启动，5支钻井队闻令即动、迅速集结，实现工序无缝衔接、生产高效运行。目前，海拉尔项目部共开钻19口、交井13口。在施工中，各钻井队按照“不安全不环保不施工”理念，严格执行冬季生产安全操作规程，提高风险点、危险源的巡查频率，对重点部位、关键工序全程布控，保证了安全环保施工。

As soon as the project was launched, the five drilling teams immediately responded to the order and quickly assembled, achieving seamless process connection and efficient production operation. Currently, the Hailar project department has started drilling 19 wells and completed 13 wells. During the construction, each drilling team adhered to the concept of "no safety, no environmental protection, no construction", strictly followed the winter production safety operation procedures, increased the inspection frequency of risk points and dangerous sources, and implemented full-process control over key areas and critical processes, ensuring safe and environmentally friendly construction.

结合钻井设计和邻井资料，认真制定施工方案，严格落实各项技术措施，重点工序跟踪把关，正确处理速度和质量的关系，实现了稳中求快。30542钻井队在贝47-54井用时17小时、30543钻井队在贝49-52井用时18小时，均实现了当天搬家、当天安装、当天开钻。

Based on the drilling design and the data from adjacent wells, a meticulous construction plan was formulated, and all technical measures were strictly implemented. Key processes were closely monitored and controlled. The relationship between speed and quality was properly handled, resulting in a steady yet accelerated progress. The 30542 drilling team completed the drilling of Well Be47-54 in 17 hours, while the 30543 drilling team finished Well Be49-52 in 18 hours. Both teams achieved the goal of moving in, installing, and starting drilling on the same day.
