中国石油网消息:3月9日,由玉门油田采油工艺研究院自主研发的“深层致密油藏采油注水配套技术研究与应用”技术成果,荣获2025年度石油和化工自动化行业科技进步奖三等奖,彰显了老油田在深层油气开发领域的技术实力。 China Oil News: On March 9th, the "Research and Application of Oil Production and Water Injection Supporting Technologies for Deep and Dense Oil Reservoirs" technology achievement independently developed by the Oil Production Technology Research Institute of Yumen Oilfield won the third prize of the 2025 Petroleum and Chemical Automation Industry Science and Technology Progress Award, demonstrating the technical strength of the old oilfield in deep oil and gas development. 玉门油田针对深层致密油藏埋深大、物性差、开发难度高的核心问题,针对3000米以深深井采油、注水配套技术滞后、效率偏低等突出问题,组建专项研发团队攻坚克难。突破地面注水单一模式,首创抽油机井下增压注水系统,构建高压力小排量注水工艺,破解超前注水及边远区块注水依托性差、成本高的难题。 Yumen Oilfield, in response to the core issues of deep and dense oil reservoirs, such as large burial depth, poor physical properties, and high development difficulty, and in order to address the prominent problems like the lagging and low efficiency of 3000-meter deep well oil production and water injection supporting technologies, established a special research team to tackle these challenges. They broke through the single mode of surface water injection, pioneered the downhole booster injection system for pumping wells, and constructed a high-pressure and low-flow water injection process, thus solving the problems of poor reliability and high costs of advanced water injection and water injection in remote areas. 创新建立“深井钢+玻混合”抽油杆杆柱设计技术图版,配套井筒防治技术,解决深抽杆柱断脱、偏磨等问题。自主研发新型深井泵,突破耐高压、抗气锁瓶颈,实现3000米以深有效深抽,解决抽油泵漏失大、气锁问题。建立白垩系致密油藏蜡沉积及预测模型,大幅提升预测精度、压缩评估时间,为防蜡治蜡提供精准支撑。 We innovatively developed a "deep well steel + glass mixed" sucker rod column design technology manual, along with corresponding wellbore prevention technologies, to address issues such as breakage and uneven wear of deep sucker rod columns. We independently developed a new type of deep well pump, breaking through the bottlenecks of high-pressure resistance and anti-gas lock, and achieving effective deep pumping up to 3000 meters. This solved the problems of large leakage and gas lock in the pumping pump. We established a wax deposition and prediction model for the chalk reservoir, significantly improving the prediction accuracy and reducing the eva luation time, providing precise support for wax prevention and treatment. 该深抽配套技术已在玉门油田及周边区块累计应用636井次,整体技术达到国内领先水平,单井检泵周期平均延长60天,累计创造直接经济效益1.2亿元。 This deep pumping technology has been applied in 636 wells in the Yumen Oilfield and its surrounding areas. The overall technology has reached the leading level in China. The average pump inspection cycle per well has been extended by 60 days, and a total of 120 million yuan in direct economic benefits have been generated. |
