国家发展改革委、国家能源局发布关于印发《新型能源体系建设“十五五”规划》的通知。

The National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration have issued a notice regarding the release of the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of New Energy Systems".

规划指出，加大油气增储上产力度。大力推进油气勘探开发，加大投入强度，加强传统大型油气田和页岩油气等新型资源勘探开发。

The plan states that efforts should be intensified to increase oil and gas reserves and production. Vigorous efforts should be made in oil and gas exploration and development, with greater investment intensity, and exploration and development of traditional large oil and gas fields as well as new resources such as shale oil and gas should be enhanced.

围绕深地、深海、非常规、老油气田四大领域，促进“稳油增气”，推动海域、非常规领域成为原油稳产主力。实现原油年产量稳定在2亿吨水平，天然气产量稳步增长。

Focusing on the four major fields of deep underground, deep sea, unconventional resources, and old oil and gas fields, efforts will be made to "stabilize oil production and increase gas output", promoting the sea areas and unconventional resources to become the main force for stable crude oil production. The annual crude oil output will be maintained at a level of 200 million tons, and the natural gas output will steadily increase.
