6月9日,渤海首个千亿方大气田——渤中19-6气田Ⅱ期开发项目WHPG先导平台首口井G10井顺利开钻,这标志着该气田Ⅱ期开发项目钻井工程全面启动。 On June 9th, the first well G10 of the WHPG pilot platform for the second phase development project of the Bohai Sea's first 100-billion-cubic-meter natural gas field - the Bohai 19-6 gas field - was successfully drilled. This marks the full launch of the drilling project for the second phase development of this gas field. 渤中19-6凝析气田位于渤海中部海域,区域平均水深约20米,目前已探明天然气地质储量超2000亿立方米、凝析油地质储量超2亿立方米。该气田Ⅰ期开发项目于2023年11月投产,Ⅱ期开发项目新建3座井口平台、3座导管架。 The Bohai No.19-6 condensate gas field is located in the central part of the Bohai Sea. The average water depth in the area is approximately 20 meters. The current geological reserves of natural gas and condensate oil in this field exceed 200 billion cubic meters and 200 million cubic meters respectively. The first-phase development project of this gas field was put into operation in November 2023. Through breakthroughs in drilling technology, it aims to efficiently realize the monetization and transformation of reserves, thereby strengthening the offshore foundation for ensuring clean energy supply in the Bohai Rim region. Ⅱ期开发项目主力储层埋深超5000米,井底最高温突破200摄氏度,地层压力高。项目组立足现场工况,推行“一井一策、一段一策”精细化钻井方案,升级钻井设备;协同多单位攻关,自研适配区块的抗高温低伤害钻井液体系,分级优化随钻堵漏、承压封堵工艺,最大程度保全原生油气渗流通道。WHPG平台井网排布紧凑、防碰难度大。 The main reservoir of the Phase II development project is buried at a depth of over 5,000 meters. The bottom temperature of the well exceeds 200 degrees Celsius, and the formation pressure is high. The project team based their work on the on-site conditions and implemented "one well, one plan, one section, one plan" for the detailed drilling plan, upgrading the drilling equipment; they also collaborated with multiple units to independently develop a high-temperature-resistant and low-harm drilling fluid system suitable for the block, and optimized the downhole well control and pressure sealing techniques in stages to maximize the preservation of the original oil and gas flow channels. The WHPG platform well network is densely arranged and the collision prevention is very difficult. 项目团队优化三维井眼轨迹设计、全周期动态防碰预警,实现薄储层精准入靶;攻坚深井固井与井筒完整性技术,确保井筒长效密封质量良好。Ⅱ期开发项目3座井口平台涉及的钻井作业,可实现全流程接入远程中控系统,实时在线采集悬重、扭矩、泵压、排量等参数并智能预警,以数字化技术降低深层作业安全风险。 The project team optimized the three-dimensional wellbore trajectory design and implemented full-cycle dynamic collision prevention alerts, achieving precise target entry in thin reservoirs; they also tackled deep well cementing and wellbore integrity technologies to ensure good long-term sealing quality of the wellbore. For the drilling operations of the three wellhead platforms involved in the Phase II development project, the drilling process can be fully integrated into the remote central control system. Real-time online collection of parameters such as hook load, torque, pump pressure, and displacement can be conducted, and intelligent warnings can be issued to reduce safety risks in deep operations through digital technology. 项目全面投产后,将进一步释放千亿方大气田产能,以海洋油气勘探开发自主技术突破助力国内油气增储上产。 After the full-scale production of the project, it will further unleash the production capacity of this trillion-cubic-meter natural gas field, and help increase domestic oil and gas reserves and production through breakthroughs in independent technologies for marine oil and gas exploration and development. |
