中国石油网消息：截至5月21日，西南油气田今年累计生产天然气突破200亿立方米。这是继3月11日实现首个百亿立方米产量后的又一次跨越。

China Oil News: As of May 21st, the Southwest Oil and Gas Field has achieved a cumulative production of over 20 billion cubic meters of natural gas this year. This is another milestone surpassed after reaching the first 10 billion cubic meters of production on March 11th.

常规气“压舱石”筑牢基本盘。面对底水气藏提产与控水的双重挑战，公司实行“地下一体化”协同作战，解决多个关键技术难题。新井密集投产，新层系接连发现，为上产提供坚实的支撑。

The conventional "ballast stones" firmly establish the foundation. In the face of the dual challenges of increasing production from bottom water reservoirs and controlling water production, the company implemented "underground integration" collaborative operations to solve multiple key technical problems. The rapid commissioning of new wells and the continuous discovery of new formations provided solid support for increasing production.

老气田“逆生长”挖掘存量潜力。公司开展新一轮“气藏精描”，利用大数据精准识别剩余气分布区域；积极开展排水采气、增压气举等措施作业，确保老区提高采收率及综合治理增储。

The aging gas field is "rejuvenating" to tap its remaining potential. The company has launched a new round of "gas reservoir detailed exploration", using big data to precisely identify the distribution areas of remaining gas; it has also actively carried out measures such as drainage gas production and booster gas lift operations to ensure that the old area can increase recovery rate and achieve comprehensive management for reservoir expansion.
