4月16日，玉门油田勘探开发研究院数据机房内，天然气勘探开发研究室党支部书记李昱东正带领团队探讨2026年玉门油田天然气产能建设项目规划。他重点参与的“玉门油田储采比提升”项目成功实现2025年SEC储量降低全年折耗上亿元，石油储采比提升至中国石油平均水平、天然气储采比位居集团公司前列，有力支撑玉门油田油气产量重上百万吨。

On April 16th, in the data center of the Exploration and Development Research Institute of Yumen Oilfield, Li Yudong, the Party branch secretary of the Gas Exploration and Development Research Department, was leading his team to discuss the planning for the 2026 gas production capacity construction project of Yumen Oilfield. The project he was particularly involved in, "Improvement of the Storage-to-Production Ratio of Yumen Oilfield", successfully achieved a reduction of over 100 million yuan in annual depreciation of SEC reserves in 2025. The oil storage-to-production ratio was raised to the average level of China National Petroleum Corporation, and the gas storage-to-production ratio ranked among the top in the group company. This effectively supported the increase of Yumen Oilfield's oil and gas production to over one million tons.

“研究院两级党组织坚持党建引领科技创新，2025年完善全油气系统等3项理论认识，攻关形成复杂裂缝性储层预测、薄砂体精细刻画等11项关键技术；近3年，申请专利27件、软件著作权2件，在核心期刊发表论文35篇，以硬核技术支撑新增三级储量连续7年实现高增长。”李昱东介绍说。

By 2025, they will have completed three theoretical understandings for the entire oil and gas system, and have successfully developed 11 key technologies such as prediction of complex fractured reservoirs and detailed depiction of thin sand bodies. In the past three years, they have applied for 27 patents and 2 software copyrights, and published 35 papers in core journals. With these cutting-edge technologies, the newly added reserves have achieved continuous high growth for seven consecutive years. Li Yudong explained.

在玉门油田首个风电项目——红柳泉50万千瓦风电项目建设现场，在戈壁滩狂风卷沙、烈日暴晒的环境里，油田公司两级党组织书记带队攻坚，直面协调、保障、施工三大领域关键难题，全程秉持“问题不过夜”原则。党员干部带头扎根一线，啃下“硬骨头”：针对7.2公里花岗岩路段施工痛点，创新施工工艺提效25%，节省工期14天；面对风沙延误进度与工期压力的问题，推行“10+2”工作制度，由骨干驻场攻坚，高效推进道路建设，实现项目如期高质量完工，成为新能源事业发展坚实的工程支撑。

At the construction site of the first wind power project in the Yumen Oilfield - the Hongliuquan 500,000-kilowatt wind power project, in the harsh environment of the Gobi Desert where strong winds sweep sand and the sun scorches the land, the Party branch secretaries at both levels of the oilfield company led the team to tackle the key problems in the three major areas of coordination, guarantee, and construction. They adhered to the principle of "problems not being left overnight". Party members and cadres took the lead in working at the front line and overcame the "difficulties": for the 7.2-kilometer granite section of the construction, they innovated the construction process to increase efficiency by 25% and save 14 days of construction time; in response to the problems of wind and sand delays in progress and schedule pressure, they implemented the "10 + 2" work system, with key personnel stationed on-site to tackle the challenges, and efficiently advanced the road construction, achieving the project's timely and high-quality completion, becoming a solid engineering support for the development of the new energy industry.

作业公司党委创新增设“四融八破”揭榜挂帅课题，将党员骨干安排进生产、经营、安全、技术等攻关小组，组建党员突击队，精准破解发展中的八大矛盾。“以前水平井滑套打捞是一块‘硬骨头’，卡壳好几次都没解决。”党员工程师王博学说。他牵头攻关水平井滑套打捞技术，在G138H、I309H井进行负压反循环硬合金强磁磨铣工艺试验，填补了玉门油田相关工艺技术空白。设备攻关小组实施的钻井电代油创新项目，在4口井现场应用后，实现单井同比降本10万元，为“绿色发展”增添新的生动实践。

He led the research on the retrieva l technology of sliding sleeves in horizontal wells, conducting negative pressure reverse circulation hard alloy strong magnetic milling process experiments in wells G138H and I309H, and filling the gap in related process technologies in Yumen Oilfield. The drilling electric substitution for oil project implemented by the equipment research team was applied in four wells on-site, achieving a 100,000-yuan cost reduction per well compared to the same period, adding a vivid practice for "green development".

环庆采油厂采油研究所党支部主动领题。以控制环庆区块原油递减率为攻坚重点，党支部书记魏涛亲自挂帅，组织党员骨干组成项目突击队，扎根环庆区块一线，扎实开展油田开发基础大调查；聚焦“潜力、能量、井网、效益”四个维度，开展注水专项治理、精细注采调控、进攻性措施增产等工作。党员骨干分片包干，全程跟踪注水效果。

The Party branch of the Oil Production Research Institute of Huanqing Oil Production Plant took the initiative to propose the topic. The focus of the project was to control the decline rate of crude oil in the Huanqing block. The Party branch secretary, Wei Tao, took the lead personally and organized the Party members and key staff to form a project task force. They worked on the front line of the Huanqing block, conducting a comprehensive investigation of the basic development of the oilfield. They focused on the four dimensions of "potential, energy, well pattern, and efficiency", carrying out special management of water injection, precise regulation of injection and production, and implementing offensive measures for increased production. The Party members and key staff were assigned to specific areas and tracked the effect of water injection throughout the process.

“功夫不负有心人。去年，我们的努力终于有了回报！”魏涛指着墙上的“示范党支部”奖牌笑着说道。经过不懈努力，环庆区块老井稳产效果突出，2025年日注水量较上一年提升24%，自然递减率同比降低2.1%；实施油井进攻性措施40井次，有效率达93%，当年增油超8000吨，使老井年产油量占比提升至93%。党支部成功获评玉门油田“示范党支部”。

"Hard work pays off. Last year, our efforts finally bore fruit!" Wei Tao said with a smile, pointing at the "Model Party Branch" award plaque on the wall. Through continuous efforts, the stable production effect of the old wells in the Huanqing block was remarkable. In 2025, the daily injection volume increased by 24% compared to the previous year, and the natural decline rate decreased by 2.1% year-on-year. 40 well attack measures were implemented, with an effective rate of 93%. That year, the oil production increased by over 8,000 tons, raising the proportion of the old wells' annual oil production to 93%. The Party branch was successfully awarded the title of "Model Party Branch" by Yumen Oilfield.
