中国石油网消息：3月15日，随着我国北方地区主要城市供暖期结束，长庆油田本轮供暖期的保供任务圆满完成，1月高峰月的日均供气量同比增加超2.9%，天然气保供“压舱石”作用持续发挥。

China Oil News: On March 15th, as the heating period in major cities of northern China came to an end, the supply guarantee task for the current heating period of Changqing Oilfield was successfully completed. The average daily gas supply volume in January, the peak month, increased by over 2.9% compared to the previous year, and the role of the "balancing stone" for natural gas supply guarantee continued to be exerted.

　　作为国内最大的天然气生产基地，长庆油田超前谋划、科学组织，将天然气保供作为重中之重，提前半年启动筹备工作，层层分解指标、逐级压实责任，一张横到边、纵到底的保供网络全面铺开。

As the largest natural gas production base in China, Changqing Oilfield has made advanced planning and carried out scientific organization. They regard ensuring natural gas supply as the top priority and initiated the preparatory work half a year in advance. They divided the indicators layer by layer and assigned responsibilities at each level, and a comprehensive supply guarantee network covering all aspects was fully launched.

　　长庆油田坚持稳产上产与挖潜增效并重。通过强化钻试投工序衔接、预建井口管线等措施，实现2025年2156口新井加入供气行列，自营区新建配套产能69亿立方米，榆37储气库高效建成投运，为冬供增添了新动力。深挖老井潜力，综合运用精细气藏描述、措施增产及智能化排采技术，有效控制了老井递减率。同时，深化一体化运行机制，强化新井老井协同发力，日均产量保持稳定，牢牢把握住天然气生产的主动权。

The Changqing Oilfield prioritizes both stable production and increase in output as well as potential exploration and efficiency enhancement. Through measures such as strengthening the connection of drilling, testing and injection processes, and pre-establishing wellhead pipelines, it is expected that 2,156 new wells will join the gas supply network by 2025, 6.9 billion cubic meters of new self-owned area production capacity will be established, the Yuj37 gas storage facility will be efficiently completed and put into operation, providing new impetus for winter supply. By deeply exploring the potential of old wells and comprehensively applying techniques such as detailed gas reservoir description, measure-based production enhancement, and intelligent production and drainage technologies, the decline rate of old wells has been effectively controlled. At the same time, the integrated operation mechanism has been deepened, and the synergy of new and old wells has been strengthened, ensuring stable daily production and firmly grasping the initiative in natural gas production.

　　在储气库生产方面，长庆油田4座储气库自全面启动注气工作以来，累计注气量同比增加，为冬季采气备足了“口粮”。2025年入冬以后，陕224、苏东39-61等储气库同步开启采气模式，通过实施“初期控产稳储、高峰全力冲峰”的差异化采气策略，充分发挥了高产调峰井的应急支撑作用。同时，长庆油田深入开展储气库完整性监测，利用微地震监测等技术手段对地质体密封性、设备设施进行全周期“体检”，确保储气库安全平稳运行。

In terms of gas storage reservoir production, since the full-scale start of gas injection operations in the four gas storage reservoirs of Changqing Oilfield, the cumulative gas injection volume has increased year-on-year, providing sufficient "food supply" for winter gas extraction. After the onset of winter in 2025, gas extraction modes of Shaanxi 224, Su Dong 39-61 and other gas storage reservoirs will be activated simultaneously. By implementing a differentiated gas extraction strategy of "initially controlling production and stabilizing reserves, and fully boosting production during peak periods", the emergency support role of high-yield and peak-regulating wells has been fully exerted. At the same time, Changqing Oilfield has carried out comprehensive integrity monitoring of gas storage reservoirs, using micro-seismic monitoring and other technical means to conduct full-cycle "physical examinations" of the sealing performance of geological bodies and equipment facilities, ensuring the safe and stable operation of gas storage reservoirs.

　　“我们通过智能管控平台对每一口气井实施精准调控，让气井‘会说话、能自愈’。”长庆油田数字和智能化事业部物联网中心负责人刘汝超介绍说。从智能柱塞到智能间开，长庆油田一系列基于大数据分析的排水采气措施，推动气井管理实现从“经验判断”到“数据决策”的跨越。目前，数智技术已在2万余口气井中全面落地，逐渐成为稳产保供的“最强大脑”。

"We precisely regulate each gas well through the intelligent control platform, making the gas wells 'able to speak and heal themselves'." Liu Ruchao, the head of the Internet of Things Center of the Digital and Intelligent Department of Changqing Oilfield, explained. From intelligent plunger valves to intelligent inter-opening, a series of drainage and gas production measures based on big data analysis implemented by Changqing Oilfield have enabled the management of gas wells to make the leap from 'experience-based judgment' to 'data-driven decision-making'. Currently, digital and intelligent technologies have been fully implemented in over 20,000 gas wells, gradually becoming the 'most powerful brain' for stable production and supply assurance.

　　冬供期间，长庆油田坚持以安全生产为底线，通过拉网排查关键部位、数字化巡检等措施实现全过程管控。青年突击队24小时待命高效处置气井积液、管线冻堵等突发问题，并自主研发解堵工具提升处置效率。

During the winter supply period, the Changqing Oilfield adhered to the principle of ensuring safe production as the bottom line. Through measures such as comprehensive inspections of key areas and digital patrol inspections, it achieved full-process control. The Youth Vanguard Team was on standby 24 hours a day to efficiently handle sudden problems such as gas well liquid accumulation and pipeline freezing blockages, and independently developed unblocking tools to improve the handling efficiency.
