中国石油网消息：4月19日记者获悉，渤海钻探自主研发的BH-CYQ堵漏技术，在陕西南郑页岩气区块南3井首次应用取得成功。面对地层纵向裂缝引发的连续漏失，这项技术“精准开方”，有效突破了施工困局。

China Oil News: On April 19th, a reporter learned that the BH-CYQ leak sealing technology independently developed by Bohai Drilling has achieved its first successful application in the South 3 Well of the Shannanxi Shale Gas Block. In the face of continuous leakage caused by longitudinal fractures in the formation, this technology "provided precise prescriptions" and effectively broke through the construction difficulties.

Well No. 3 is the first well drilled by Bohai Drilling Company in this market. During the third stage of drilling, when the depth reached 2,295 meters to 2,411 meters, there were frequent wellbore losses, and the construction was temporarily "impossible to proceed".

面对复杂工况，渤海钻探迅速派出堵漏工程师驻井，与甲方共同“会诊”，精准识别漏失机理，量身定制“全井堵漏浆强穿漏层+过段塞+弱化参数”“控制ECD+低注高挤承压堵漏浆”的综合治理方案，并与甲方监督、工程专家等多方力量配合，反复推敲堵漏配方与施工细节。

In the face of complex working conditions, Bohai Drilling promptly dispatched leakage control engineers to the well site. They worked together with the client to conduct a thorough diagnosis, accurately identifying the leakage mechanism. They then tailored a comprehensive solution consisting of "full well leakage plugging slurry for strong penetration through the leakage layer + over-segmentation + weakening parameters" as well as "controlling ECD + low injection high squeeze pressure for pressure-bearing leakage plugging slurry", and cooperated with various forces including the client's supervisors and engineering experts to repeatedly refine the leakage control formula and construction details.

截至目前，南3井已安全钻进至完钻井深，施工中出现的7次漏失全部得到有效控制，并顺利完成13筒连续取芯作业，取芯平均收获率达99.5%，钻井周期远低于同类井。

As of now, Well No. 3 in the south has safely reached the designed depth for completion. All 7 instances of leakage that occurred during the construction process have been effectively controlled, and 13 consecutive core sampling operations have been successfully completed. The average core recovery rate is 99.5%, and the drilling cycle is significantly shorter than that of similar wells.
