中国石油网消息：进入9月，宁夏石化以精细化检验为抓手，构建“源头预控、过程严控、出厂终控、发运闭环”的全流程质检体系，将质量要求贯穿原料入厂、罐区储存、成品出厂、物流发运全环节，以闭环管控筑牢航煤质量生命线。

China Petroleum News: As September approached, Ningxia Petrochemical Company took meticulous inspection as the key measure and established a "pre-control at the source, strict control during the process, final control at the factory exit, and closed-loop transportation" full-process quality inspection system. The quality requirements were integrated throughout the entire process from raw material entry, storage in the tank area, product exit, and logistics transportation, using closed-loop management to firmly secure the quality lifeline of aviation kerosene.

在原料管控环节，化验人员严格执行分层采样标准，对航煤原料罐实施上、中、下三点全覆盖采样，紧盯密度、冰点、闪点、水分等核心指标，提前预判原料端质量波动，从源头规避加工环节质量隐患，实现原料质量风险早发现、早处置。

In the raw material control process, the laboratory personnel strictly followed the stratified sampling standards, conducting comprehensive sampling at the top, middle and bottom of the jet fuel raw material tanks. They closely monitored key indicators such as density, freezing point, flash point and moisture content, making early predictions of quality fluctuations at the raw material end. This way, they avoided potential quality risks in the processing stage from the source, enabling early detection and handling of raw material quality risks.

进入成品罐储存阶段，宁夏石化严格落实油品“五不许移动”管理规定，创新推行半成品“半监”、满罐“满监”分级管控模式。油品达到规定沉降时间后，再次开展分层检测，精准防范罐内油品分层、交叉污染等问题，将储存环节质量管控落实到细微之处。

During the stage of storing in finished product tanks, Ningxia Petrochemical strictly implements the management regulations of "five prohibitions on movement" for oil products, and innovatively implements a hierarchical control model of "semi-monitoring" for semi-finished products and "full monitoring" for full tanks. After the oil products reach the specified settling time, stratified testing is conducted again to precisely prevent problems such as oil stratification and cross-contamination inside the tanks, and to ensure that the quality control of the storage process is carried out at every detail.

在产品出厂环节，宁夏石化严格对标国家标准完成航煤全项目分析。检验人员恪守“五准”“三及时”工作准则，实现采样、分析、计算、结果上报全流程精准高效。同时，依托LIMS系统实现检验数据全生命周期可追溯，确保每一批次航煤质量数据真实可靠。

At the product manufacturing stage, Ningxia Petrochemical strictly complies with national standards to complete the comprehensive analysis of jet fuel. The inspectors adhere to the "five exactness" and "three timeliness" work principles, ensuring the entire process of sampling, analysis, calculation, and result reporting is precise and efficient. At the same time, relying on the LIMS system, the entire life cycle of the inspection data can be traced, ensuring the authenticity and reliability of the quality data for each batch of jet fuel.

针对管道输送、铁路槽车、公路运输等发运模式，宁夏石化实施差异化精准管控。管道输送时，化验人员提前驻守首站，在管输启动5分钟内完成现场采样，快速检测关键指标；针对铁路、公路槽车出厂场景，同步核查罐车清洁度，严防装运环节二次污染，将质量管控闭环延伸至出厂“最后一公里”。

For the various transportation modes such as pipeline transportation, railway tankers, and road transportation, Ningxia Petrochemical implements differentiated and precise control. During pipeline transportation, the laboratory personnel stay at the first station in advance and complete on-site sampling within 5 minutes after the pipeline starts, quickly testing key indicators. For the scenarios of railway and road tanker departure, the cleanliness of the tankers is also checked simultaneously to strictly prevent secondary pollution during the loading and unloading process, extending the quality control loop to the "last mile" of the departure.
