9月6日12时50分，中国华能集团有限公司首个控股建设的大型压水堆核电项目，海南省首个“华龙一号”核电项目——华能海南昌江核电4号机组冷态功能试验（冷试）圆满收官，标志着机组正式全面进入调试攻坚阶段，为机组后续高质量发电投产筑牢核心基础。

At 12:50 on September 6th, the cold-state functional test (cold test) of the 4th unit of the Huaneng Hainan Changjiang Nuclear Power Plant, the first "Hualong One" nuclear power project constructed by China Huadian Corporation and the first such project in Hainan Province, was successfully completed. This marks that the unit has officially entered the critical phase of commissioning and debugging, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent high-quality power generation and commissioning of the unit.

华能海南昌江核电二期项目采用具有我国自主知识产权的“华龙一号”压水堆核电技术，规划建设两台120万千瓦核电机组，项目投产后年输送清洁电量达180亿千瓦时，相当于每年减少标煤消耗632.6万吨、减少二氧化碳排放1168万吨，是海南自贸港建设以来最大的电力工程投资项目。

The Phase II project of Huaneng Hainan Changjiang Nuclear Power Station adopts the "Hualong One" pressurized water reactor nuclear power technology with independent intellectual property rights of China. It plans to build two 120-megawatt nuclear power units. After the project is put into operation, it will supply 18 billion kilowatt-hours of clean electricity annually, equivalent to reducing 6.326 million tons of standard coal consumption and 11.68 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually. It is the largest power engineering investment project in the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
