近日,中国科学院成都科技查新咨询中心出具查新报告,重庆电力高等专科学校研发的清源智通垃圾焚烧热值提升一体化装备完成全套第三方检测,三套成熟技术组合使用,针对性化解垃圾焚烧厂热值提升不稳定等多项痛点,整套设备已在重庆三峰、贵阳瀚蓝两家头部环保企业完成现场工况试用,运行数据表现良好。

Recently, the Chengdu Science and Technology Query and Consulting Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences issued a query report. The Clearsource Intelligent Technology integrated equipment for improving the calorific value of waste incineration, developed by Chongqing Electric College of Higher Education, has completed a full set of third-party testing. Using three mature technical combinations, it specifically addresses multiple pain points such as the instability of calorific value improvement in waste incineration plants. The entire set of equipment has been put into field operation at two leading environmental protection enterprises in Chongqing (Sanfeng) and Guiyang (Hanlan), and the operation data shows good performance.

针对生活垃圾含水率起伏大、入炉热值不稳定的常见问题,设备搭载高精度双端水分检测模块,仅需 4 秒就能捕捉垃圾干湿变化并自动调节。搭配联动防堵孔板实现持续渗滤液排出,稳定将垃圾出口含水率维持在 40%-45% 合理区间。实测数据显示,设备堵孔率由原先 18.6% 降至 2.8%,连续排液稳定率提升至 98.9%,能够平稳焚烧工况,减少厂区辅助燃料的使用量。

To address the common problems of large fluctuations in the moisture content of household waste and unstable calorific value when entering the furnace, the equipment is equipped with a high-precision dual-end moisture detection module. It can capture the changes in the dryness and wetness of the waste within just 4 seconds and automatically adjust. Combined with the linked anti-blockage orifice plate, it enables continuous discharge of filtrate, stabilizing the moisture content at the waste outlet at a reasonable range of 40%-45%. The actual measurement data shows that the blockage rate of the orifice plate has decreased from the original 18.6% to 2.8%, and the continuous liquid discharge stability rate has increased to 98.9%. This ensures a smooth incineration process and reduces the usage of auxiliary fuel in the factory area.

One-piece device for unidirectional helical dispersion and extraction


以往垃圾脱水后容易结块、缠绕输送设备,频繁停机清理增加运维压力。这套无中心轴螺旋结构搭配大直径出料腔体,可同步完成物料打散与连续送料。经过厂区连续试运行,设备堵料发生率下降83%,停机清理频次降低84%,单次稳定出料时长从2.5小时延长至7小时,出料总量提升 180%,有效减少非计划停机带来的经济损耗。

In the past, the dehydrated waste was prone to caking and entangling the conveying equipment, causing frequent shutdowns for cleaning, which increased the operational and maintenance pressure. This system, featuring an uncentered shaft spiral structure combined with a large-diameter discharge chamber, can simultaneously complete the disintegration of the materials and continuous feeding. After continuous trial operation in the factory area, the occurrence rate of material blockages decreased by 83%, the frequency of shutdowns for cleaning dropped by 84%, the stable discharge duration per time extended from 2.5 hours to 7 hours, the total discharge volume increased by 180%, and the economic losses caused by unplanned shutdowns were effectively reduced.

传统焚烧炉前操作高度依赖老师傅经验,参数调节滞后、运行波动大。项目配套搭建数字孪生智能监测平台,垃圾含水率、渗滤液流量、设备运转状态等数据实时可视化,设备异常自动预警,所有运行记录可留存追溯,形成 “感知-脱水-排液-破团-出料-反馈” 全自动调控流程,降低人工操作门槛。

The operation of traditional incinerators is highly dependent on the experience of experienced workers, with lagging parameter adjustment and significant operational fluctuations. The project has built a digital twin intelligent monitoring platform to enable real-time visualization of data such as the moisture content of garbage, the flow rate of leachate, and the operating status of equipment. Abnormal equipment conditions are automatically alerted, and all operation records can be retained for future reference, forming an "sensing - dehydration - liquid discharge - breaking up clumps - discharging - feedback" fully automated control process, thereby reducing the threshold for manual operation.


该一体化装备整合控水、排液、破团、智能调控多项功能,和市面上单一脱水、输送类设备相比,更适配国内组分复杂、湿度波动大的生活垃圾处理场景,项目已取得多项专利及软件著作权作为技术支撑。团队规划于 2026 年 8 月启动产业化筹备工作,持续优化标准化机型,面向各地垃圾焚烧厂提供成套炉前处理解决方案,助力固废处理行业低碳、稳定、高效运行。

This integrated equipment integrates functions such as water control, liquid discharge, fragmentation, and intelligent regulation. Compared with the single dehydration and transportation equipment available on the market, it is more suitable for domestic waste treatment scenarios with complex components and large fluctuations in humidity. The project has obtained multiple patents and software copyrights as technical support. The team plans to initiate industrialization preparation work in August 2026, continuously optimizing standardized models, and providing complete pre-treatment solutions for waste incineration plants across various regions, helping the solid waste treatment industry operate in a low-carbon, stable, and efficient manner.
