中国石油网消息:5月20日记者获悉,冀东油田南堡1号、堡古2两座储气库年度累计注气量已突破1亿立方米,储气调峰保供取得阶段性成果。

China Oil News: On May 20th, reporters learned that the annual cumulative injection volume of the Southbao 1 and Baugu 2 gas storage facilities in Jidong Oilfield has exceeded 100 million cubic meters, achieving phased results in gas storage and peak regulation for supply security.


这组数据的背后,是生产运行效率的大幅提升。冀东油田储气库项目部接到年度注气任务后,主动加强与国家管网、冀东油田油气集输公司等单位对接,建立起常态化生产联动机制。每日准时开展压力波动、气量进度“双预测”研判,推行“8小时数据核验闭环”管理。

Behind this set of data lies a significant improvement in production and operation efficiency. After receiving the annual injection task, the Gas Storage Project Department of Jidong Oilfield actively strengthened communication and coordination with the national pipeline network, Jidong Oilfield Oil and Gas Gathering and Transportation Company, and other units, establishing a regular production linkage mechanism. Every day, they conduct "dual predictions" of pressure fluctuations and gas volume progress in a timely manner, and implement the "8-hour data verification closed-loop" management.


冀东油田储气库项目部从地质概况、注采历程、动态分析、成本核算、方案优化等多维度入手,精心编制《冀东储气库2026—2027年注采气方案》,同步制定动态监测方案与实施细则,明确“地质体—井筒—地面设施”一体化完整性管理,细化单井注采能力与运行成本测算。

The Project Department of the Gas Storage Facility of Jidong Oilfield started from multiple aspects such as geological overview, injection and production process, dynamic analysis, cost calculation, and scheme optimization, and meticulously prepared the "Injection and Production Plan for Jidong Gas Storage Facility from 2026 to 2027". At the same time, they formulated dynamic monitoring plans and implementation details, clearly defined the integrated integrity management of "geological body - wellbore - ground facilities", and detailed the calculation of single well injection and production capacity and operating costs.


采注转换后期,冀东油田储气库项目部立足现场实际,总结历年经验,提前30天联动“两部三中心”统筹部署各项工作。按专业细化分工、压实责任,做到任务到岗、责任到人。抢抓窗口期,提前3天高效完成注采井测试、工艺改造等41项重点工作,各系统联调联试一次成功。

In the later stage of injection and production conversion, the Gas Storage Project Department of Jidong Oilfield, based on on-site realities and drawing from years of experience, coordinated the deployment of various tasks 30 days in advance by collaborating with the "two departments and three centers." Specialized divisions of labor were established with clear responsibilities, ensuring tasks were assigned to positions and accountability to individuals. Seizing the critical window period, 41 key tasks such as injection-production well testing and process modifications were completed three days ahead of schedule with high efficiency, achieving a single successful system-wide commissioning and testing.
