中国石油网消息:5月11日,从塔里木油田获悉,克深41井正式投产,每天产出的30万立方米天然气正式汇入西气东输管网。该井完钻井深8473米,一举刷新克拉苏盐下气藏最深埋深、最高油压两项纪录,这为西气东输主力气源地增添一口“深井干将”。

China Oil News: On May 11th, the Tarim Oilfield announced that the Keshen 41 well has been put into operation. The 300,000 cubic meters of natural gas produced daily has officially been integrated into the West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline Network. The well was drilled to a total depth of 8,473 meters, setting new records for the deepest burial depth and the highest oil pressure in the Krasu salt-bearing gas reservoir. This has added another "deep well general" to the main gas source area of the West-to-East Gas Transmission Project.


克深41井位于新疆拜城县境内,是塔里木油田在西气东输主力供气区瞄准超深层、寻找接替资源的一口重点预探井。该井在目的层钻遇良好油气显示,液气分离器点火测试火焰最高达15米,有力证实克拉苏构造带7500米以深仍是天然气“富矿”,标志着塔里木油田在超深层油气勘探领域再次取得突破性进展。

Keshen 41 well is located in Baicheng County, Xinjiang. It is a key exploration well targeted by the Tarim Oilfield for exploring the deep underground resources in the main gas supply area of the West-to-East Gas Transmission Project. This well encountered good hydrocarbon indications in the target layer. The ignition test of the liquid-gas separator produced a flame as high as 15 meters, which strongly confirmed that the Krasu structural belt is still a "rich gas deposit" at a depth of 7,500 meters or deeper. This marks another breakthrough in the exploration of deep oil and gas resources by the Tarim Oilfield.


“克深41井的成功投产,意味着我们在超深层又找到了一块‘新阵地’。”塔里木油田克拉采油气管理区油气藏地质研究所党支部书记、副所长聂延波介绍说。该井埋深超过8400米,地质条件复杂,地面建设与投产难度极大。为早一天产气、早一天给西气东输“添粮”,克拉采油气管理区坚持“问题导向,效益优先”,“一事一议”,提前启动地面工程,较原计划提前27天投产,产能释放符合预期。

The successful commissioning of Well Keshen 41 indicates that we have found another "new position" in the ultra-deep layer. "Nie Yanbo, the Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Oil and Gas Reservoir Geology Research Institute of the Kalarai Oil and Gas Management Area of the Tarim Oilfield, explained. This well is buried over 8,400 meters deep, with complex geological conditions and extremely difficult ground construction and commissioning. To produce gas earlier and provide more gas for the West-to-East Gas Transmission project, the Kalarai Oil and Gas Management Area adhered to the "problem-oriented, efficiency-first" principle, "decided on each matter individually", and started the ground engineering earlier than originally planned, achieving the commissioning 27 days ahead of schedule. The production capacity release met expectations.


克深气田作为西气东输主力气田之一,主产层为6000米至8000米深。近年来,塔里木油田不断向地球深部进军,高质量开发了超8000米深的克深9、克深31等区块,钻探11口超8000米深的天然气井。克深41井的顺利投产,是塔里木油田深耕超深层天然气勘探开发的又一里程碑,不仅为克拉苏盐下气藏规模增储和效益开发提供了坚实依据,也为西气东输增添了源源不断的深地“气”势。

The Keshen gas field is one of the main gas fields for the West-to-East Gas Pipeline project. Its main production layer is located at a depth of 6,000 meters to 8,000 meters. In recent years, the Tarim Oilfield has continuously ventured into the deep part of the earth and has successfully developed blocks such as Keshen 9 and Keshen 31, which are over 8,000 meters deep. Eleven gas wells with a depth of over 8,000 meters have been drilled. The successful commissioning of the Keshen 41 well marks another milestone in the deep exploration and development of ultra-deep natural gas in the Tarim Oilfield. It not only provides a solid basis for the scale reserve increase and efficient development of the gas reservoirs beneath the Krasu salt layer, but also adds a continuous "gas" momentum to the West-to-East Gas Pipeline project.


目前,塔里木油田持续深化8000米以深天然气井生产管控,系统梳理超深井地质认识与工程经验,进一步攻关超深层天然气地质规律,做实储量精细评价,为西气东输安稳供气、端牢能源饭碗筑牢根基。

At present, the Tarim Oilfield is continuously deepening the production management of gas wells deeper than 8,000 meters. It systematically reviews the geological understanding and engineering experience of ultra-deep wells, further explores the geological laws of ultra-deep natural gas, and conducts detailed reserve eva luation. This is done to lay a solid foundation for the stable supply of natural gas for the West-to-East Gas Transmission project and securing the energy security of the country.
