5月6日，西南油气田公司足201H11-2井首次成功应用注氮水泥浆固井技术实施表层固井作业，标志着公司在破解低压易漏地层固井难题方面迈出了重要一步。这是西南油气田公司党委推动党建工作与生产深度融合取得的又一个重要成果。

在川东北，特高含硫气田开发曾被视为“禁区”，硫化氢浓度极高，安全风险巨大。川东北作业分公司党委实施“四融”路径，将党建工作项目化管理嵌入产能建设全链条。在渡口河—七里北气田建设现场，党员突击队针对硫黄回收装置故障率高等“卡脖子”难题，挂图作战、吃住在现场，攻克10余项关键技术。2025年6月30日，这座全国最高含硫整装气田实现安全高效投产。

In the northeastern part of Sichuan Province, the development of ultra-high sulfur-containing gas fields was once regarded as an "off-limits" area. The concentration of hydrogen sulfide was extremely high, and the safety risks were enormous. The Party Committee of the Sichuan Northeast Operations Branch implemented the "four integration" approach, integrating the project-based management of Party building into the entire production and construction chain. At the construction site of the Doudouhe - Qili Beibei gas field, the Party member task force tackled the "knotty" problems such as high failure rates of sulfur recovery devices, and adopted a "wall chart" approach and stayed on-site for living. They successfully overcame more than 10 key technologies. On June 30, 2025, this national highest-sulfur integrated gas field achieved safe and efficient production.

在重庆气矿，老气田“保卫战”打得有声有色。垫江采输气作业区党委创新“党支部承包气井”模式，由5个党支部认领26口重点老井。党员胡波说：“以前等指令，现在主动找措施。”柱塞、泡排、智能开关井，各党支部带领干部员工拿出看家本领。截至2025年11月，71.8%的承包井实现增产，累计增产超5500万立方米。沉睡的老井，被党员“唤”醒了。

In Chongqing Gas Mine, the "defensive battle" for the old gas fields has been carried out vigorously and effectively. The Party Committee of the Padang Gas and Transportation Operation Area innovated the "Party branch contracting gas wells" model, with 5 Party branches taking charge of 26 key old wells. Party member Hu Bo said, "Previously, we waited for instructions; now we take the initiative to find solutions." Piston pumps, foam drainage, intelligent well control, each Party branch led the cadres and employees to showcase their expertise. As of November 2025, 71.8% of the contracted wells achieved increased production, with a cumulative increase of over 55 million cubic meters. The dormant old wells were "awakened" by the Party members.

深地川科1井，是四川盆地首口万米科探井。超深、超高温、超高压，难题叠加着难题。西南油气田公司党委成立党员突击队，联合多家参建单位开展党建工作互联共建。联合主题党日、技术会诊、安全巡检……把“分散五指”变成“握指成拳”。

The Shengdichuanke 1 well is the first 10,000-meter exploration well in the Sichuan Basin. With issues such as extreme depth, extremely high temperature and extremely high pressure all occurring simultaneously, the challenges were overwhelming. 中台107-X2井是一口沉寂多年的老井。党员创新工作室接过了这块“硬骨头”。精细预测“甜点”，反复论证储层分布，一次次推倒重来。测试那天，气流喷出的瞬间，现场沸腾了。这一突破，新增有利勘探面积50平方公里。“磨刀石”里，硬是啃出了“气”。今年一季度，致密气产量超出计划0.43亿立方米。

Well 107-X2 in the middle platform is an old well that has been dormant for many years. The Party Member Innovation Studio took on this "difficult task". They conducted meticulous predictions to identify the "sweet spots", repeatedly verified the distribution of the reservoir, and repeatedly started over. On the testing day, as the gas flow burst out, the scene was filled with excitement. This breakthrough added 50 square kilometers of favorable exploration area. In the "grinding stone", they finally extracted "gas". In the first quarter of this year, the output of tight gas exceeded the planned amount by 0.43 million cubic meters.

在页岩气战场，党旗插到了压裂车上。在泸州区块，四川页岩气公司的党员推行“四限”工作模式——限时间、限周期、限标准、限成本，把建产计划精确到天。在长宁区块，党员技术骨干驻井攻关，压窜率、套变率大幅下降，井均EUR（最终可采储量）提升10%以上。在威远区块，党员带头推行“电代气”方案，既降本又增效。今年一季度，公司页岩气新井投产29口，新建产能6.76亿立方米，均超计划完成。

In the shale gas battlefield, the party flag was planted on the fracturing vehicles. In the Luzhou area, the Party members of Sichuan Shale Gas Company implemented the "four restrictions" working mode - limiting time, cycle, standard and cost, and precisely scheduling the production plan to the day. In the Changning area, the Party members' technical experts stayed at the wells to tackle problems, resulting in a significant reduction in the rate of casing leakage and tubing deformation, and an increase of over 10% in the average EUR (ultimate recoverable reserves) per well. In the Weiyuan area, the Party members took the lead in implementing the "electricity replacing gas" plan, achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement. In the first quarter of this year, the company completed the commissioning of 29 new shale gas wells, with a new production capacity of 676 million cubic meters, both exceeding the planned targets.

川中古隆起是常规气生产的“压舱石”。党员技术团队优化采收率提升举措，蓬莱001-H32井测试获日产气超100万立方米，成为今年首口百万级气井。

The Central Sichuan Uplift is the "anchor" for conventional gas production. The Party member technical team's measures to optimize recovery rate and increase production have achieved remarkable results. The Pengla 001-H32 well has tested to produce over 1 million cubic meters of gas per day, making it the first gas well with a production volume of over one million cubic meters this year.

老气区控递减，重庆气矿党员逐井分析、一井一策。今年一季度，老气田采取措施后增产9.57亿立方米，把递减率牢牢“摁”住。

The decline rate of the old gas field has slowed down. The Party members of Chongqing Gas Mine conducted individual well analyses and formulated strategies for each well. In the first quarter of this year, after taking measures, the old gas field increased production by 957 million cubic meters, firmly controlling the decline rate.

在新能源战场，攀枝花米易撒莲丙谷光伏项目所在地地貌起伏大、施工分散。党员突击队因地制宜构建“水陆空”物料运输体系，总体进度已达90%。在地质勘探一线，风险探井的党员攻关团队追着问题跑，一口口重点探井的钻、试现场，都有党员技术骨干驻井把关。

In the field of new energy, the location of the Salián Cepu photovoltaic project in Mie City, Panzhihua has a large terrain undulation and scattered construction sites. 今年一季度，公司天然气产量同比增长8.32%，石油液体产量同比增长95.09%。
