中国石油网消息4月27日，辽阳石化新型交联聚乙烯产品PE-HD 5025P一次性转产成功并顺利下线，首批合格产品通过客户应用检测，获得市场认可。

China Petroleum News reported on April 27th: Liaoyang Petrochemical successfully completed the one-time conversion of its new type of cross-linked polyethylene product PE-HD 5025P and successfully rolled off the production line. The first batch of qualified products passed the customer application tests and gained market recognition.

4月初，辽阳石化聚乙烯装置聚合B线按计划启动转产工作。生产过程中，岗位人员严格执行方案要求，精确控制聚合温度、压力、相比及共聚单体、氢气加入量等核心指标，装置运行全程稳定可控，首批PE-HD 5025P合格产品顺利产出，品质指标均达到预期，并快速通过下游的应用测试。

In early April, the polymerization line B of the polyethylene unit at Liaoyang Petrochemical Company began the planned conversion production work. During the production process, the on-site personnel strictly followed the requirements of the plan, precisely controlling core indicators such as polymerization temperature, pressure, ratio, copolymer monomer, and hydrogen addition volume. The operation of the device was stable and controllable throughout the process. The first batch of PE-HD 5025P qualified products was successfully produced, and the quality indicators all met expectations and were quickly passed the application tests of the downstream.
