中国石油网消息:3月31日,中油国际管道公司国产管道控制系统(PCS)顺利完成最终调试与全员专项培训,在中亚天然气管道、中缅油气管道等跨国管道正式投入运行,标志着公司海外油气管道核心调控系统实现国产化替代。

China Oil News: On March 31st, the domestic pipeline control system (PCS) of China Oil International Pipeline Company successfully completed final debugging and comprehensive training for all staff. It has been put into operation on cross-border pipelines such as the Central Asia Natural Gas Pipeline and the China-Myanmar Oil and Gas Pipeline, marking the realization of domestic substitution for the core control system of the company's overseas oil and gas pipelines.


中油国际管道公司运营管理的中亚、中缅等油气管道,承担着向国内稳定输送能源的重要使命。长期以来,管道调控技术依赖进口系统,在核心数据安全、应急响应效率、运维成本控制等方面存在潜在风险。此次国产PCS系统的成功投用,彻底打破这一技术壁垒,为跨国管道安全稳定运行筑牢自主可控根基。

The oil and gas pipelines operated by China Oil International Pipeline Company, such as those in Central Asia and Myanmar, play a crucial role in steadily transporting energy to the domestic market. For a long time, the pipeline control technology relied on imported systems, and there were potential risks in aspects such as core data security, emergency response efficiency, and operation and maintenance cost control. The successful deployment of the domestically produced PCS system this time has completely broken through this technical barrier, laying a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of cross-border pipelines with independent control capabilities.


此次投用的系统可稳定管理超136万个数据点,系统可靠性达99.99%,深度集成“图模库一体化”、事故追忆与反演等先进技术,可实现管道运行数据的毫秒级感知、高精度处理与全流程实时管控,在数据处理能力、运行稳定性、应急响应速度等关键指标上达到行业领先水平。系统投用后,将与公司现有智能调度决策辅助平台、SPS管道模拟仿真系统实现深度协同,构建起“实时感知—智能推演—精准决策—闭环优化”的全链条调控体系。

The system put into use this time can stably manage over 1.36 million data points, with a system reliability of 99.99%. It deeply integrates advanced technologies such as "integrated pipeline model and database", accident recall and inversion, and can achieve millisecond-level perception, high-precision processing and real-time control of pipeline operation data. In terms of key indicators such as data processing capacity, operational stability and emergency response speed, it has reached the industry-leading level. After the system is put into use, it will achieve deep collaboration with the company's existing intelligent dispatching decision support platform and SPS pipeline simulation and simulation system, and build a full-chain regulation system of "real-time perception - intelligent deduction - precise decision-making - closed-loop optimization".
