摘要:LNG储罐的注意事项方法: 1、气瓶要放在通风良好的地方,与火源、热源的间距不应小于1.5m。气瓶严禁用火烤、开水烫或在阳光下暴晒。要经常检查气瓶阀门和管路接头等处的气密性,要保持不漏气。可用肥皂水检查漏气情况,严禁用明火试漏。 2、点火时,应先点燃引火物,然后开气,不应颠倒这个顺序。在使用过程中应有人看守,不要离开,防止水沸溢浇灭火,造成液化气流窜引起爆炸。气瓶使用后,必须关紧阀门,防止漏气。 3、气瓶内的液化气不能用尽,应留有一定的余压力。余压力一般应大于49.03kPa(即0.5kg/cm2,表压),防止空气进人气瓶中。液化石油气用完后,瓶内所剩的残液也是一种易燃物,不得自行倾倒,防止因残液的流淌和蒸发而引起火灾。 4、液化石油气气瓶是一种受压容器,要很好地加以维护保养和定期检验。在搬运和使用过程中要防止气瓶坠落或撞击,不准用铁器敲击开启瓶阀,要防止日光直射和长期淋雨。气瓶一般2年检查一次。 5、石油液化气的爆炸范围虽然不太宽,但因其下限小,所以,一旦泄漏时容易引火爆炸。又因LPG比空气重,所以在空气中泄漏时流向下方,好积存在低洼处,成为气体爆炸的隐患。因此,气体容易泄漏的地方。只靠窗户换气不够,还要注意下部的通风。

LNG储罐的注意事项方法:

Procedures for handling LNG storage tanks:


1、气瓶要放在通风良好的地方,与火源、热源的间距不应小于1.5m。气瓶严禁用火烤、开水烫或在阳光下暴晒。要经常检查气瓶阀门和管路接头等处的气密性,要保持不漏气。可用肥皂水检查漏气情况,严禁用明火试漏。

1. The gas cylinders should be placed in a well-ventilated area, and the distance from fire sources and heat sources should be no less than 1.5 meters. Gas cylinders must not be heated by fire, scalded with boiling water, or exposed to direct sunlight. Regularly check the airtightness of the cylinder valves and pipe joints, and ensure there is no leakage. Use soapy water to check for leaks, and strictly prohibit using open flames for leak detection.


2、点火时,应先点燃引火物,然后开气,不应颠倒这个顺序。在使用过程中应有人看守,不要离开,防止水沸溢浇灭火,造成液化气流窜引起爆炸。气瓶使用后,必须关紧阀门,防止漏气。

2. When igniting, the ignition source should be lit first, followed by the gas supply. The sequence should not be reversed. During use, someone should be on duty to prevent leaving the scene, as boiling water could overflow and extinguish the fire, causing the liquefied gas to flow and result in an explosion. After using the gas cylinder, the valve must be tightly closed to prevent gas leakage.


3、气瓶内的液化气不能用尽,应留有一定的余压力。余压力一般应大于49.03kPa(即0.5kg/cm2,表压),防止空气进人气瓶中。液化石油气用完后,瓶内所剩的残液也是一种易燃物,不得自行倾倒,防止因残液的流淌和蒸发而引起火灾。

3. The liquefied gas in the gas cylinder should not be completely used up; a certain residual pressure should be maintained. The residual pressure should generally be greater than 49.03 kPa (i.e., 0.5 kg/cm², gauge pressure) to prevent air from entering the cylinder. After the liquefied petroleum gas is used up, the remaining residual liquid in the cylinder is also a flammable substance. It must not be poured out by oneself to prevent fires caused by the flowing and evaporation of the residual liquid.


4、液化石油气气瓶是一种受压容器,要很好地加以维护保养和定期检验。在搬运和使用过程中要防止气瓶坠落或撞击,不准用铁器敲击开启瓶阀,要防止日光直射和长期淋雨。气瓶一般2年检查一次。

4. Liquefied petroleum gas cylinders are pressure vessels and require proper maintenance and regular inspections. During transportation and usage, ensure that the cylinders are not dropped or hit. Do not use iron tools to strike the valve to open the cylinder. Also, avoid direct sunlight and prolonged exposure to rain. Cylinders are generally inspected every two years.


5、石油液化气的爆炸范围虽然不太宽,但因其下限小,所以,一旦泄漏时容易引火爆炸。又因LPG比空气重,所以在空气中泄漏时流向下方,好积存在低洼处,成为气体爆炸的隐患。因此,气体容易泄漏的地方。只靠窗户换气不够,还要注意下部的通风。

5. Although the explosion range of liquefied petroleum gas is not very wide, due to its low lower limit, it is prone to ignite and explode once it leaks. Also, because LPG is heavier than air, when it leaks in the air, it flows downward and accumulates in low-lying areas, becoming a potential hazard for gas explosions. Therefore, in areas where gas is prone to leakage, merely relying on window ventilation is not sufficient; attention should also be paid to the ventilation at the lower part.




1、然气储罐LNG储存系统:LNG储存系统由低温储槽、附属管线及控制仪表组成。

2、按容量分类:小型天然气储罐,5-50立方米,常用于民用燃气汽化站,LNG汽车加注站等;中型天然气储罐,50-100立方米,常用于卫星式液化装置,工业燃气汽化站等。

Classified by capacity: Small natural gas storage tanks, ranging from 5 to 50 cubic meters, are commonly used in civilian gas vaporization stations, LNG vehicle refueling stations, etc.; Medium-sized natural gas storage tanks, ranging from 50 to 100 cubic meters, are commonly used in satellite-type liquefaction devices, industrial gas vaporization stations, etc.


3、天然气储罐,LNG管路通常采用奥氏体不锈钢管。奥氏体不锈钢管具有优异的低温性能。

4、LNG储罐 ,隔热型式采用真空粉末隔热技术,储罐内筒及管道材料选用OCr18Ni奥氏体不锈钢,外筒选用优质碳素钢Q345R压力容器用钢板,本公司有50-100立多种规格的液化天然气储罐。

5、天然气储罐的用途:化工燃料,居民生活燃料,汽车燃料,联合发电,热泵、燃料电池等。

6、天然气储罐液化流程: 级联式液化流程、混合制冷剂液化流程、带膨胀机的液化流程。

LNG卧式低温储罐(真空粉末绝热)特性要求:

Characteristics requirements for LNG horizontal low-temperature storage tanks (vacuum powder insulation):


(1)耐低温:

常压下液化天然气的沸点为-162℃。因此LNG要求储罐具有良好的耐低温性能和优异的保冷性能。

(1) Resistance to low temperatures:

The boiling point of liquefied natural gas at normal pressure is -162℃. Therefore, the storage tanks for LNG must have excellent low-temperature resistance and outstanding cold preservation performance.


(2)   要求高:

由于罐内储存的是低温液体,LNG卧式低温储罐(真空粉末绝热)一旦出现意外,冷藏的液体会大量挥发,气化量大约是原来冷藏状态下的625倍,在大气中形成爆炸混合物。因此要求储罐采用双层壁结构,运用封拦理念,在一层罐体泄漏时,二层罐体可对泄漏液体与蒸发气实现完全封拦,确保储存。

(2)  High requirement:

Since the tank stores low-temperature liquids, the LNG horizontal cryogenic storage tank (vacuum powder insulation) may experience an accident. In such a case, a large amount of the refrigerated liquid will evaporate, with the gasification volume approximately 625 times that of the original refrigerated state. This will form an explosive mixture in the atmosphere. Therefore, the storage tank is required to adopt a double-layer wall structure and apply the containment concept. When the first layer of the tank leaks, the second layer of the tank can completely contain the leaked liquid and the evaporated gas, ensuring the storage.


(3)材料特殊:

LNG卧式低温储罐(真空粉末绝热)内罐要求耐低温,采用0Gr18Ni9(奥氏体不锈钢)制成,外筒为16MnR(普通低碳合金钢)钢板制成。

(3) Special materials:

The inner tank of the LNG horizontal low-temperature storage tank (vacuum powder insulation type) is required to be resistant to low temperatures. It is made of 0Gr18Ni9 (austenitic stainless steel), and the outer cylinder is made of 16MnR (ordinary low-carbon alloy steel) steel plates.


(4)LNG卧式低温储罐(真空粉末绝热)保温措施严格:

由于罐内外温差可达200℃,要使罐内温度保持在-160℃,LNG卧式低温储罐(真空粉末绝热)罐体就要具有良好的保冷性能,在内罐和外罐之间填充高性能的保冷材料。罐底保冷材料还要有足够的承压性能。

(4) The insulation measures for the horizontal LNG cryogenic storage tank (vacuum powder insulation) are very strict:

Due to the temperature difference of up to 200℃ between the inside and outside of the tank, in order to keep the temperature inside the tank at -160℃, the LNG horizontal cryogenic storage tank (vacuum powder insulation) must have excellent cold insulation performance. High-performance cold insulation materials should be filled between the inner and outer tanks. The cold insulation material at the bottom of the tank also needs to have sufficient pressure-bearing capacity.


(5)抗震性能好:

一般建筑物的抗震要求是在规定地震荷载下裂而不倒。为确保LNG卧式低温储罐(真空粉末绝热)在意外荷载作用下的   ,储罐必须具有良好的抗震性能。确保在给定地震烈度下罐体不损坏。

(5) Excellent seismic resistance performance:

The seismic resistance requirements for general buildings are to crack but not collapse under the specified seismic loads. To ensure the safety of the LNG horizontal low-temperature storage tank (vacuum powder insulation) under accidental loads, the tank must have excellent seismic performance. It is necessary to ensure that the tank body does not get damaged under the given seismic intensity.


(6)施工要求严格:

储罐焊缝必须进行100%磁粉检测(MT)及100%真空气密检测(VBT)。要严格选择保冷材料,施工中应遵循规定的程序。

(6) Construction requirements are strict:

The welds of the storage tanks must undergo 100% magnetic particle testing (MT) and 100% vacuum tightness testing (VBT). The insulation materials must be carefully selected and the construction process should follow the prescribed procedures.
