中国石油网消息：3月22日，昆仑物流公司发往哈萨克斯坦的优质航煤罐车顺利完成卸油作业，准备启程返回国内。这是昆仑物流今年首趟对哈涉外油品跨境运输任务，为深化中哈两国能源合作、畅通跨境物流通道注入了新动能。

China Oil News: On March 22nd, the high-quality aviation kerosene tanker dispatched by Kunlun Logistics to Kazakhstan successfully completed the oil unloading operation and was preparing to return to China. This was the first overseas oil transportation mission involving China and Kazakhstan for Kunlun Logistics this year, injecting new impetus into the deepening of energy cooperation between China and Kazakhstan and the smooth operation of cross-border logistics channels.

　　此次跨境航油运输任务共投入10车次，累计拉运航油500余吨。运输车辆从独石化炼油厂完成装油后启程，单趟行程达1000公里。

This cross-border aviation fuel transportation mission involved a total of 10 trips, and a cumulative total of over 500 tons of aviation fuel were transported. The transportation vehicles completed the fuel loading at the Dushan Petrochemical Refinery and then set off, with each trip covering a distance of 1,000 kilometers.

　　跨境航油运输面临“时间紧、批次密、要求高”的多重考验，加之航油属于特殊物资，需在短时间内高效完成通关核验等一系列复杂流程。为攻克这些难题，昆仑物流打破壁垒，与通关部门携手构建“政企协同”高效工作机制，提前完成报关单证资料的梳理、核对与预审工作，创新采用“提前预审、随到随办”的作业模式，大幅缩短了通关时间。

Cross-border aviation fuel transportation faces multiple challenges such as "tight schedule, frequent batches, and high requirements". Moreover, aviation fuel is a special commodity that requires efficient completion of a series of complex procedures including customs clearance verification within a short period of time. To overcome these difficulties, Kunlun Logistics broke through barriers and worked with the customs clearance department to establish an "government-enterprise collaborative" efficient working mechanism. They completed the sorting, verification, and pre-review of customs declaration documents in advance, innovatively adopting an "advance pre-review, on-the-spot processing" operation mode, which significantly shortened the customs clearance time.
