LNG集装箱式装置,一般将整个装置按每个单元或数个设备在加工厂内布置安装在同一个橇块上或集装箱内,整个装置形成多个集装箱式模块,可以整体安装、移动。将模块运输到现场后,再通过管道法兰、仪表电气线缆连接各个模块形成完整的工艺装置。需要更换场地二次使用时,无需拆装分解,直接简单的断开各个集装箱之间的法兰连接或软管连接,就可以实现整体搬迁。现场再次拆装时间短,基本只需1-2个礼拜即可完成装置的搬迁和再次投入使用。

The LNG containerized device usually arranges the entire unit or several equipment in the processing plant and installs them on the same skid or in a container. The entire device forms multiple containerized modules, which can be installed and moved as a whole. After transporting the modules to the site, they are connected through pipeline flanges, instrument and electrical cables to form a complete process unit. When it is necessary to reuse the site for a second time, there is no need to disassemble and decompose. Simply disconnect the flange connections or hose connections between the containers, and the entire relocation can be achieved. The time required for on-site reinstallation is short, usually only 1-2 weeks can complete the relocation and reactivation of the device.

In small-scale LNG and LPG projects, for instance, in small-scale LNG and LPG facilities in Indonesia and Argentina, most of them adopted containerized installations or mobile modular units.


      相比模块化装置,集装箱式装置具有以下优势:

  • 工厂制造时无需深度预组装,加工简单,投资更省;

  • 现场施工时无需复杂的模块还原拼装工作,减少了现场施工量,缩短了施工时间;

  • 装置再次搬迁时搬迁时间短,施工量小,运输方便,具备很好的重复使用性;

  • 同时保持了模块化装置所具备的高度集成化、占地面积小、减少现场安装、土建施工工作量、设计制作标准化、装置质量稳定可靠等优点;

  • 在小型装置中相比模块化装置更加具备优势。

Compared with modular devices, containerized devices have the following advantages:

  • During on-site construction, there is no need for complex module restoration and assembly work, which reduces the amount of on-site construction and shortens the construction time.
