俄罗斯北高加索联邦大学(NCFU)代表团首次受邀出席此次盛会。期间，与会代表围绕适用于深地勘探的新方法和新技术与中方展开了深入交流。
The delegation from the North Caucasus Federal University of Russia (NCFU) was invited for the first time to attend this grand event. During the meeting, the representatives from both sides had in-depth exchanges on new methods and technologies applicable to deep exploration.
北高加索联邦大学校长塔季扬娜·舍布祖霍娃教授表示：“作为北高加索地区的主要学府，我校参与如此高规格的活动意义非凡。学校优先发展工程科学，重点研究宏观区域地震频发环境下的岩石和地质力学过程。”她特别指出，北高加索联邦大学与黑龙江科技大学合作成立的中俄“智能工程国际学院”，已成为加强双边伙伴关系的重要一步。
Professor Tatiana Shebuzhova, the president of the North Caucasus Federal University, stated: "As the leading institution in the North Caucasus region, our university's participation in such a high-profile event is of great significance. The university prioritizes the development of engineering sciences and focuses on researching the rock and geological mechanics processes in the macro-regional environment with frequent earthquakes." She particularly pointed out that the Sino-Russian "International Institute of Intelligent Engineering" established by the North Caucasus Federal University in collaboration with Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology has become an important step in strengthening bilateral partnerships.
2026年2月正式宣布成立的中俄“智能工程国际学院”面向中国学生招生，提供电力工程和信息技术方向的3个本科专业及3个研究生专业的培训。
The "Intelligent Engineering International College" between China and Russia, which was officially established in February 2026, admits students from China and offers training in three undergraduate programs and three graduate programs in the fields of power engineering and information technology.
学院计划每年招收300名本科生和150名硕士生，毕业生将获得中俄双学位。根据合作协议，黑龙江科技大学将为该合作项目提供教学设施，北高加索联邦大学则将派遣高素质教师来华授课。
The college plans to admit 300 undergraduate students and 150 master's students each year. Graduates will receive dual degrees from both China and Russia. According to the cooperation agreement, Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology will provide teaching facilities for this project, while the North Caucasus Federal University will send high-quality teachers to teach in China.
