长期以来,复杂井筒条件下井壁残留的油基钻井液导致界面胶结质量差、水泥石本体强度下降,成为制约固井质量提升的关键技术瓶颈。

据了解,该材料可高效吸附并分散井壁残留油相,确保水泥浆正常水化,并显著改善水泥石孔隙结构,抑制界面微环隙的产生,使总孔隙度降低65%以上。
It is known that this material can efficiently adsorb and disperse the residual oil phase on the well wall, ensuring the normal hydration of the cement slurry, significantly improving the pore structure of the cement stone, inhibiting the formation of interface micro-cavities, and reducing the total porosity by more than 65%.
同时,该材料可将含油界面的胶结强度提升40%以上,从而有力保障水泥环的长期密封完整性。目前,该材料已在吉林油田、新疆油田等成功应用,有效提升了油基钻井液条件下的堵漏成功率和界面胶结质量。
Meanwhile, this material can increase the bonding strength of the oil-containing interface by more than 40%, thereby effectively ensuring the long-term sealing integrity of the cement ring. Currently, this material has been successfully applied in oil fields such as Jilin Oilfield and Xinjiang Oilfield, significantly improving the leak sealing success rate and interface bonding quality under oil-based drilling fluid conditions.
