中国石油网消息：5月16日记者获悉，伊拉克石油部专项检查团对西古尔纳-1油田开展实地督导评估，重点检查QHSSE管理体系建设、安全环保风险防控等情况，对油田QHSSE管理提质攻坚成果给予高度认可。
China Oil News: On May 16th, a special inspection team from the Iraqi Ministry of Oil conducted on-site supervision and eva luation of the West Qusair-1 oilfield. The team focused on inspecting the construction of QHSSE management systems, as well as safety and environmental protection risk prevention and control. They highly recognized the achievements in improving QHSSE management of the oilfield.
检查团先后深入DS7脱气站、新建OT2原油处理生产区域及环保设施等关键点位，实地巡视现场安全管控流程、隐患排查整治成效与标准化作业规范，详细询问体系运行、风险防控等具体情况。
The inspection team visited key locations such as the DS7 degassing station, the newly-built OT2 crude oil processing production area, and environmental protection facilities. They conducted on-site inspections of the safety control procedures, the effectiveness of hazard identification and rectification, and the standardized operation norms. They also inquired in detail about the operation of the system, risk prevention and control, and other specific situations.
同时，检查团还深入了解了西古尔纳-1油田依托现代绿色技术升级优化生产作业流程、呵护油区生态环境的创新实践，智能气体监测设备投用、老旧设施升级改造等重点项目落地成果，以及搭建全员技能提升培训体系等举措。
Meanwhile, the inspection team also gained a deep understanding of the innovative practices of the Sikurna-1 oilfield in upgrading and optimizing production operation processes through modern green technologies, as well as in protecting the ecological environment of the oil area. They learned about the implementation results of key projects such as the deployment of intelligent gas monitoring equipment and the upgrading and renovation of old facilities, as well as the measures taken to establish a training system for improving the skills of all employees.
检查团表示，油田整洁规范的生产环境、科学完善的作业流程、先进环保的配套设施，以及中外方团队扎实的专业素养，给他们留下了深刻印象。检查团希望油田持续优化QHSSE管理体系，继续深耕风险管控与隐患排查治理，以更高标准筑牢安全环保防线，贡献更多可复制的管理经验。
The inspection team stated that the clean and standardized production environment of the oilfield, the scientific and complete operation procedures, the advanced and environmentally friendly supporting facilities, as well as the solid professional qualities of the Chinese and foreign teams, left a deep impression on them. The inspection team hopes that the oilfield will continuously optimize the QHSSE management system, continue to deepen risk control and hidden danger investigation and governance, build a higher-standard safety and environmental protection defense line, and contribute more replicable management experience.
