首台国产大型变速抽水蓄能机组启动电气安装

    从南方电网获悉,5月16日,广东肇庆浪江抽水蓄能工程变速机组定子顺利吊装到位,标志着首台国产大型变速抽水蓄能机组正式启动电气安装,将加速推进重大能源技术装备的工程应用,助力我国新型电力系统构建。

    It is reported by the Southern Power Grid that on May 16th, the stator of the variable-speed unit of the Langjiang Pumped Storage Project in Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province was successfully lifted into place. This marks the official start of the electrical installation for the first domestically-made large-scale variable-speed pumped storage unit, which will accelerate the application of major energy technology equipment and contribute to the construction of China's new power system.


    此次吊装的定子是我国自主研制的首台大型变速抽水蓄能机组的关键部件,由500余根线棒和12万张厚度仅为0.5毫米的硅钢片逐层叠装而成,机械强度超过550兆帕,相当于每平方米可承受2.8万台新能源汽车叠放产生的压力,从而保障机组机械能与电能的高效转换。

    The stator being lifted this time is a key component of the first large-scale variable-speed pumped storage unit independently developed by our country. It is constructed by stacking over 500 wire rods and 120,000 silicon steel sheets with a thickness of only 0.5 millimeters layer by layer. Its mechanical strength exceeds 550 megapascals, which is equivalent to being able to withstand the pressure generated by stacking 28,000 new energy vehicles on each square meter, thus ensuring the efficient conversion of mechanical energy and electrical energy of the unit.


    与常规定速抽蓄机组相比,变速抽蓄机组具有调节功能更强、响应速度更快、稳定性更佳等显著优势,有助于高效消纳波动性、间歇性的新能源。南网储能公司肇庆浪江抽蓄项目部工程师高彦明介绍,肇庆浪江抽蓄300兆瓦变速抽蓄机组能够通过改变7%的转速,实现50%功率范围的实时调整。根据新型电力系统需要,机组可每小时将30万度绿电灵活转换为28万立方米水能进行储存。

    Compared with conventional fixed-speed pumped storage units, variable-speed pumped storage units have significant advantages such as stronger regulation capabilities, faster response speed, and better stability, which are conducive to efficiently absorbing fluctuating and intermittent new energy sources. Engineer Gao Yanming from the Zhongzhou Langjiang Pumped Storage Project Department of the South Grid Energy Storage Company introduced that the 300-megawatt variable-speed pumped storage unit in Zhongzhou Langjiang can achieve real-time adjustment within a 50% power range by changing the rotational speed by 7%. According to the needs of the new power system, the unit can flexibly convert 300,000 kilowatt-hours of green electricity into 280,000 cubic meters of water energy for storage every hour.


    “十四五”期间,我国已将不同容量等级的国产变速抽蓄机组纳入能源领域首台(套)重大技术装备清单,并依托广东肇庆浪江、惠州中洞等重大抽蓄工程,推动高端储能装备的示范应用。

    During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, China has included domestic variable-capacity hydropower storage units of different grades in the list of first-of-a-kind major technological equipment in the energy sector. Based on major hydropower storage projects such as Langjiang in Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province and Zhongdong in Huizhou, China is promoting the demonstration application of high-end energy storage equipment.


    “当前,2000多名工人奋战在肇庆浪江抽蓄工地。我们将在稳步推进变速机组转子组装、机组总装、带电调试等30余道工序的同时,协同推进上水库、下水库及输水系统施工,力争电站于2027年上半年全面投产。”南网储能公司肇庆浪江抽蓄项目部总经理郑智说。

    "At present, over 2,000 workers are working hard at the Langjiang Pumped Storage Project in Zhaoqing. We will steadily advance the assembly of the variable-speed generator rotor, the overall assembly of the unit, and the energized commissioning of more than 30 processes. At the same time, we will jointly promote the construction of the upper reservoir, the lower reservoir and the water transmission system. We aim to have the power station fully operational by the first half of 2027." said Zheng Zhi, the general manager of the Zhaoqing Langjiang Pumped Storage Project Department of the Southern Power Grid Energy Storage Company.
