风电场规划容量450MW，拟安装29台16MW级风电机组，总装机容量为464MW，风电场总投资65.9亿元。此前，项目曾于2024年1月取得环境影响报告书批复，但由于风机招标单机容量的变更，风机数量、风机机位、海上升压站位置、陆域集控中心等内容均需进行相应调整，项目用海随之发生改变，项目用海重新进行报批。该项目原方案拟安装35台13MW海上风机。
