兰州石化绿色生产再添“新法宝”

    中国石油网消息:5月17日,兰州石化30万吨/年全密度聚乙烯装置地面火炬尾气改造施工现场,装置人员正在推进项目中交后的“三查四定”工作,为投用做准备。

    China Petroleum News: On May 17th, at the ground-level flare gas renovation site of the 300,000-ton/year full-density polyethylene plant in Lanzhou Petrochemical, the plant personnel were carrying out the "three checks and four determinations" work after the project's completion handover, preparing for the plant's operation.


    该项目是兰州石化落实国家《空气质量持续改善行动计划》的重点环保工程。项目通过优化尾气处置流程,实现尾气日常回收利用、应急安全泄放双向管控,从源头筑牢环保防线。项目顺利中交,标志着兰州石化环保治理体系持续完善,本质环保管控水平迈上新台阶。

    This project is a key environmental protection project implemented by Lanzhou Petrochemical in accordance with the "Action Plan for Continuous Improvement of Air Quality" of the state. Through optimizing the tail gas disposal process, the project achieves dual control of daily tail gas recovery and emergency safe release, effectively establishing an environmental protection defense line from the source. The successful completion of the project marks the continuous improvement of Lanzhou Petrochemical's environmental protection governance system and the attainment of a new level in its essential environmental protection management.


    自2025年9月项目开工以来,兰州石化严格执行“准备—全密区域停车施工—锅炉装置停车施工”三段式进度计划,高质量完成两大关键改造。

    Since the project started in September 2025, Lanzhou Petrochemical has strictly followed the three-stage progress plan of "preparation - complete regional shutdown for construction - boiler equipment shutdown for construction", and has successfully completed the two major key renovations with high quality.


    一是将全密度聚乙烯装置地面火炬气成功引至A、B锅炉燃烧器,同步配套铺设氮气、仪表空气等输送管道,搭建完善的火炬气输送管控体系。

    First, the ground flare gas from the fully dense polyethylene plant was successfully connected to the burners of boilers A and B. At the same time, nitrogen and instrument air supply pipelines were also laid out to build a complete flare gas transportation control system.


    二是增设篮式过滤器,接入乙烯二部火炬气分液罐预留口,实现生产全过程闭环管控,从源头上杜绝废气的无序排放。

    Second, a basket-type filter will be installed and connected to the reserved opening of the torch gas separation tank in the ethylene II plant, enabling closed-loop control throughout the production process and effectively preventing the disorderly emission of waste gas at its source.
