
中国石油网消息:截至5月15日,大庆油田今年风光发电量突破6亿千瓦时,是去年同期的1.46倍,新能源发电效能持续攀升,绿色转型发展再获新突破。
China Oil News: As of May 15th, the photovoltaic and wind power generation capacity of Daqing Oilfield this year has exceeded 600 million kilowatt-hours, which is 1.46 times that of the same period last year. The efficiency of new energy power generation continues to rise, and the green transformation and development has achieved new breakthroughs.
近年来,大庆油田坚定不移地推进新能源业务发展,实现了从无到有、从小到大的跨越式突破。
In recent years, Daqing Oilfield has unswervingly promoted the development of new energy businesses, achieving a leapfrog breakthrough from nothing to something, and from small to large.
目前,油田已累计建成风光装机276.8万千瓦,清洁能源利用率从10.3%跃升至60.8%,累计发电量突破29亿千瓦时,新能源折合标煤产量累计超130万吨,同时成功打造喇嘛甸、龙虎泡低碳示范区,建成一批重大新能源项目,逐步形成风光热电储多能互补、内外市场协同发力的新能源发展格局。
At present, the oilfield has cumulatively built a total of 276.8 million kilowatts of wind and solar power capacity. The utilization rate of clean energy has soared from 10.3% to 60.8%. The cumulative power generation has exceeded 2.9 billion kilowatt-hours, and the cumulative output of new energy converted to standard coal has exceeded 1.3 million tons. At the same time, Lamasdian and Longhuofu low-carbon demonstration zones have been successfully established, and a number of major new energy projects have been completed. A new energy development pattern featuring multi-energy complementarity of wind, solar, thermal power and storage, as well as coordinated efforts between domestic and international markets, has gradually taken shape.
2026年是“十五五”开局之年,大庆油田新能源系统紧扣产量提升、项目转化、节能降碳三大核心任务,细化工作目标、压实主体责任、推行挂图作战。
2026 is the starting year of the 15th Five Year Plan. The new energy system of Daqing Oilfield focuses on the three core tasks of increasing production, transforming projects, and reducing energy and carbon emissions. It refines work goals, consolidates main responsibilities, and promotes map based operations.
围绕全年发展目标,计划实现对内清洁替代并网规模突破100万千瓦,对外集中供能建成规模突破200万千瓦,以硬核指标筑牢开局根基。
Centering on the annual development goals, the plan is to achieve a breakthrough in the scale of internal clean substitution and grid connection of over 1 million kilowatts, and to complete the construction of centralized energy supply with a scale exceeding 2 million kilowatts. With these hard targets, we will lay a solid foundation for the start of the year.
“立足当前新能源发电生产实际,我们以精细化管理为抓手,多点发力保障新能源发电提质增效。通过建立月度排行、季度考核管理机制,常态化开展低效设备排查检修,为每台设备建立‘一机一策’健康档案;开展光伏场区清雪除冰专项行动,让光伏场站恢复发电能力的时间缩短50%。”大庆油田新能源事业部生产管理科科长张垒说。
Based on the current actual situation of new energy power generation, we have taken refined management as the starting point and made multiple efforts to ensure the improvement and efficiency enhancement of new energy power generation. By establishing a monthly ranking and quarterly assessment management mechanism, we regularly conduct inspections and maintenance of inefficient equipment, and establish a "one machine, one plan" health record for each equipment; we also launched a special action to clear snow and remove ice from photovoltaic fields, reducing the time required for photovoltaic stations to regain their power generation capacity by 50%. Zhang Lei, the director of the Production Management Department of the New Energy Division of Daqing Oilfield, said.
与此同时,大庆油田推行自消纳“集中监控、区域维检”管理模式,搭建新能源智慧管控平台,将分散场站的运行数据精准汇入“智慧大脑”,实现设备状态远程集中监控与发电功率精益调控。
Meanwhile, Daqing Oilfield has implemented a self-consumption "centralized monitoring and regional maintenance" management model, and established an intelligent control platform for new energy. It integrates the operational data of scattered power stations into the "intelligent brain" to achieve remote centralized monitoring of equipment status and precise regulation of power generation capacity.
目前,已完成9项关键技术改造,治理5类隐蔽缺陷,试行“大工种”运维模式,持续提升运维保障能力。通过优化区域电网运行方式、加密集控中心出力调整频次,实现发用电曲线精准匹配,确保新能源场站能发尽发、应发尽发,最大程度释放绿电产能。
At present, 9 key technical renovations have been completed, 5 types of hidden defects have been addressed, the "large work category" operation and maintenance model has been piloted, and the operation and maintenance support capabilities have been continuously enhanced. By optimizing the operation mode of the regional power grid and increasing the frequency of output adjustment by the centralized control center, the power generation and consumption curves have been precisely matched, ensuring that new energy stations can generate as much electricity as possible and release the green power capacity to the greatest extent.
