全国首套实际烟气千吨级碳捕集中试验证平台投运

    5月12日,国电电力基于实际燃煤烟气的千吨级碳捕集试验平台顺利通过72小时试运行,正式进入试验运营阶段。这是我国碳捕集领域首个全程采用真实燃煤机组烟气开展中试验证的核心平台,标志着火电行业CCUS技术从实验室走向工业应用迈出关键一步。

    On May 12th, the 1,000-ton carbon capture test platform of Guodian Power based on actual coal-fired flue gas successfully completed a 72-hour trial run and officially entered the trial operation stage. This is the first core platform in China's carbon capture field that conducts pilot tests using real coal-fired unit flue gas throughout the process. It marks a crucial step for the CCUS technology in the power industry to move from the laboratory to industrial application.



    平台全程采用真实燃煤机组实际烟气开展试验验证,从源头还原火电厂碳捕集真实工况与复杂边界条件,彻底解决模拟烟气与工程现场脱节的痛点,让试验数据更贴近生产、更支撑转化、更具备工业放大价值。

    The platform conducts all tests and verifications using actual flue gas from real coal-fired power plants. It restores the real working conditions and complex boundary conditions of carbon capture in thermal power plants from the source, completely solving the problem of disconnection between simulated flue gas and actual engineering sites. This makes the test data closer to production, more supportive for transformation, and more valuable for industrial scaling.


    平台设计年运行时长8000小时,年二氧化碳捕集量达1000吨,烟气处理能力650标准立方米每小时,可实现入口二氧化碳浓度在1%vol-30%vol范围内的宽幅度调节,具备复合胺、少水、两相多品类吸收剂的性能评价与工艺优选能力。

    The platform is designed to operate for 8,000 hours per year, with a carbon dioxide capture capacity of 1,000 tons per year. The flue gas treatment capacity is 650 standard cubic meters per hour. It can achieve a wide range of adjustment for the inlet carbon dioxide concentration within the range of 1%vol - 30%vol. It also possesses the ability to eva luate and optimize the performance of composite amines, low-water content, and multi-category two-phase absorbents.


    平台创新配置贫富液长时缓存装置,实现吸收与解吸单元时空解耦,可验证变负荷运行条件下系统响应特性和灵活调控策略,并采用模块化设计并预留技术装备研发迭代接口,能够灵活拓展验证各类新技术、新工艺、新设备。

    The platform innovatively configures a rich liquid long-term storage device, achieving temporal decoupling of the absorption and desorption units. This enables the verification of the system's response characteristics and flexible regulation strategies under variable load conditions. It adopts a modular design and reserves interfaces for the research and development iteration of technical equipment, allowing for flexible expansion to validate various new technologies, new processes, and new equipment.


    该平台由国电电力牵头组建的国家能源煤基能源碳捕集利用与封存技术研发中心组织实施,坐落于国电电力三河电厂厂区,低碳科技公司负责全流程技术支持和工程管理,科环集团龙源环保承担工程建设。

    This project is organized and implemented by the National Energy Coal-Based Energy Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage Technology Research Center led by Guodian Power. It is located in the factory area of Guodian Power Sanhe Power Plant. Low-carbon Technology Company is responsible for the full-process technical support and project management, while Kehuan Group Longyuan Environmental Protection undertakes the construction work.


    平台顺利投运,是国电电力推动集团公司科技创新与产业创新深度融合、提升能源领域基础研究水平和原始创新能力的务实举措。

    The successful operation of the platform is a practical measure taken by Guodian Power to promote the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation within the group, and to enhance the basic research level and original innovation capabilities in the energy sector.

    The platform will break through the "last mile" for the implementation of carbon capture technology, build a core experimental base for the research and development of key materials and the iterative upgrading of processes, gather innovative elements, strengthen the innovation platform, cultivate professional talents, and continuously lead industrial innovation with scientific and technological innovation. It will promote the efficient connection between technological research and industrial implementation, providing solid technical support for achieving the "dual carbon" goals.
