5月9日，首艘由榆神煤电供应的运煤船舶顺利抵达安徽蚌埠电厂码头，正式开展煤炭接卸作业。

On May 9th, the first coal-carrying vessel supplied by Yushen Coal and Electricity successfully arrived at the port of Anhui Bengbu Power Plant, and officially began the coal unloading operation.

此次水运新通道的成功投用，进一步完善了煤炭储运保障体系，构建起多通道并行、多路径互补的燃料保供新格局，大幅增强了煤炭供应的稳定性、安全性和抗市场风险能力。

The successful launch of this new waterway has further improved the coal storage and transportation guarantee system, establishing a new pattern of multiple channels operating in parallel and multiple paths complementing each other for fuel supply. This has significantly enhanced the stability, safety and market risk-resistance capabilities of coal supply.

今年以来，国家能源集团安徽公司锚定保供底线、紧盯经营目标，第一时间成立专项工作小组，聚焦运输关键环节开展全方位、深层次调研论证。

Since the beginning of this year, the Anhui Branch of the National Energy Group has set the supply guarantee as the bottom line and focused on achieving its business targets. It immediately established a special working group and conducted in-depth and comprehensive research and analysis on key transportation links.

工作组先后奔赴陕西、山东、河南等煤炭主产区及重要运输枢纽，实地踏勘铁路、公路运输线路及中转码头运营现状，多维度比对各类运输方案，重点围绕运输稳定性、通道通达性、运输周期及运费成本等关键要素开展科学研判、精准比选，最终敲定高效经济的煤炭运输新路径。

The working group visited the main coal-producing areas and important transportation hubs in Shaanxi, Shandong, Henan and other regions, conducting on-site investigations of railway and road transportation routes and the operation status of transfer terminals. They compared various transportation plans from multiple perspectives, focusing on key factors such as transportation stability, channel accessibility, transportation cycle and freight cost for scientific analysis and precise selection. Eventually, they determined an efficient and economical new transportation path for coal.

To ensure the smooth arrival and unloading of the first shipment of coal at the factory, the Anhui company actively established a 24-hour regular communication and coordination mechanism with Yushen Coal Power.

从合同洽谈、煤炭集装运销，到船舶调度发运、到港靠泊接卸，严把各管控环节衔接、紧盯关键时间节点，持续优化装船作业流程，提前锁定码头泊位及航运运力资源；同步制订专项应急保障预案，全程动态跟踪船舶航行状态。

From contract negotiation, coal loading, transportation and sales, to vessel scheduling and dispatch, arrival berthing and unloading, strictly control the connection of each management link, closely monitor key time points, continuously optimize the loading operation process, lock in the port berths and shipping capacity resources in advance; simultaneously formulate special emergency guarantee plans, and dynamically track the navigation status of the vessels throughout the process.

本次从对接筹备到停泊靠岸全流程仅用时10天，高效实现能源保供与降本增效双重目标。

From the preparation for the docking to the final mooring and docking, the entire process took only 10 days. This achieved the dual goals of ensuring energy supply and reducing costs and increasing efficiency efficiently.
