
近日,从川煤集团太平煤矿传来捷报:在倾角达66°的急倾斜煤层条件下,中国煤科天玛智控凭借先进的智能化开采技术,经过三个月攻坚,成功实现31131工作面的智能化开采,取得日均割煤4刀、日推进3.2米的优异成绩,标志着我国在极端复杂地质条件下的煤炭智能化开采技术迈出关键一步,也为全球同类煤层安全高效开采提供了可复制、可推广的“天玛方案”。
Recently, good news came from Taiping Coal Mine of Chuanmei Group: Under the condition of an extremely steep coal seam with an inclination of 66°, China Coal Science & Technology Tianma Intelligent Control, relying on advanced intelligent mining technology, achieved the intelligent mining of the 31131 working face after three months of hard work, achieving an excellent result of cutting 4 pieces of coal per day and advancing 3.2 meters per day. This marks a crucial step forward for China's intelligent coal mining technology under extremely complex geological conditions, and also provides a replicable and promotable "Tianma solution" for safe and efficient coal mining in similar coal seams worldwide.
急倾斜煤层开采长期被视为世界煤炭工业的重大难题。太平煤矿31131工作面平均走向长度1182米,煤层倾角48°至66°,平均倾角达57°,开采过程易出现液压支架失稳、刮板输送机下滑、拉架倒架、飞矸伤人等一系列挑战,是对智能化开采技术可靠性与适应性的极限考验。
The long-term exploitation of steeply inclined coal seams has been regarded as a major challenge for the global coal industry. The 31131 working face of Taiping Coal Mine has an average strike length of 1,182 meters, with the coal seam inclination ranging from 48° to 66°, and the average inclination reaching 57°. During the mining process, there are various challenges such as instability of hydraulic supports, sliding of scraper conveyors, pulling and overturning of supports, and injuries caused by flying coal, which are extreme tests of the reliability and adaptability of intelligent mining technologies.
面对66°急倾斜工作面这一重大技术难题,天玛智控组建专项攻关团队,与太平煤矿技术人员协同作战,逐项突破技术瓶颈。项目全面应用了自主研发的工作面多维感知无线传感技术,实现了工作面设备的集中协同控制与智能决策;通过实时监测支架姿态及压力数据,为急倾斜煤层开采的设备稳定运行筑牢技术屏障。团队创新采用俯伪斜开采方式,有效降低了实际开采坡度,提升了系统稳定性。针对支架防滑防倒的迫切需求,通过多缸协同控制与移架流程优化,确保支架初撑力达标与系统平稳运行。
Facing the significant technical challenge of a 66° steeply inclined working face, Tianma Intelligent Control established a specialized research team and worked collaboratively with the technicians from Taiping Coal Mine to overcome each technical bottleneck one by one. The project fully applied the independently developed multi-dimensional perception wireless sensing technology for the working face, achieving centralized coordinated control and intelligent decision-making for the equipment on the working face; by real-time monitoring of the posture and pressure data of the supports, a technical barrier was established to ensure the stable operation of the equipment for the steeply inclined coal seam mining. The team innovatively adopted the pseudo-inclined mining method, effectively reducing the actual mining slope and enhancing the system stability. In response to the urgent need for anti-slip and anti-collapse of the supports, through multi-cylinder coordinated control and optimization of the moving support process, the initial support force of the supports was ensured to meet the standards and the system operated smoothly.
平煤矿66°急倾斜工作面智能化开采的成功应用,不仅验证了天玛智控智能开采技术在极端地质条件下的高度适应性与可靠性,也为国内外类似条件煤层的高效安全开采提供了可复制、可推广的技术模式,对我国西南地区急倾斜煤层资源的规模化、安全化开发具有重要的技术支撑与示范意义。
The successful application of intelligent mining in the 66° steeply inclined working face of Ping Coal Mine not only verified the high adaptability and reliability of Tianma Intelligent Control's intelligent mining technology under extreme geological conditions, but also provided a replicable and scalable technical model for the efficient and safe mining of similar coal seams in both domestic and international environments. This has significant technical support and demonstration significance for the large-scale and safe development of steeply inclined coal resources in the southwestern region of China.
